They never keep a promise. Promised late check out but they did not honor it

They agreed for late check-in and late check out. They even confirmed it via email. But after going there they said all rooms were booked and no late checkout was available. It was really disappointing. They did not keep up the promise.

You cannot turn on the bathroom light without turning on the bedroom lights.

Wifi QR code did not work. Phone did not work. Very limited channels on TV.

I reported at 1.00AM late night and requested for my stay bext day until 6.00PM ..The owner who was in reception behaved very rude and told me I have to vacate at 11.00am and no room available . One thing led to another and I left at nght 1.30AM in search of another hotel and checked in latein another hotel
