Stayed a couple of times, first as part of a trekking package and afterwards on this booking. Definitely had a better room 2nd time!
On this booking was on the top floor, quieter, better shower and larger room.

Nice touch was the purified water in the rooms so no plastic waste- and a place to re fill your own bottles in the reception too.
Down a fairly quiet side street in Thamel, though Thamel can be noisy and there was the occasional evening with loud music, but nothing ear plugs could not stop.

Hotel is midden in Thamel en dus een uitstekende uitvalsbasis. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en servicegericht. Toen we naar de airport moesten liet de taxi op zich wachten door de avondspits. Als oplossing heeft het hotel ons zonder extra kosten naar het vliegveld gebracht zodat we onze vlucht (net) gehaald hebben. Service met een hoofdletter S
Het ontbijt is prima, maar verwacht geen luxe uitgebreide buffetten. Value for money, dat wel. Lekkere koffie.
We zijn hier nu twee keer geweest en we komen in november zeker terug als we weer in Nepal zijn. Value for Money en Service met hoofdletter S.
I couldn’t recommend the hotel any more highly. The staff were fantastic and the hotel was very nice. I had to be rushed to hospital during my first night due to food poisoning from the previous day in Bhutan and the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful in what was a difficult situation for them. Thanks!

There was no breakfast, but due to the fact that I don't eat before lunchtime anyway , this was no problem, however it could have been deducted from the price
The place met my expectancy and it was not the hotels fault that someone was building a new multistory building next door, which by the way gave fascinating insights into the culture of slave labour used over there. If people were working like this is western countries we would be light years ahead.

Room cleaned daily even twice a day and supplies replenished timely.
The hotel is located in the Thamel area, 15 minutes walk to Durbar Square. Quiet hotel, lived in two rooms on the 3rd and 5th floors on different dates. I liked everything. The price-comfort ratio is excellent. The staff is friendly. Big hello to Mr. Prodip who works at the reception! Breakfasts, any help, they were always ready to help with everything
