For false room photo and hotel amenities on their website about that Jaipur palace hotel, booking.com must refund my 14
Pros:

Totally unexpected room was so bad that I left hotel within 2 hours .., it’s may be 500 rupee worth per night.

Cons:

I am really unhappy , how booking.com make false advertisement for hotel booking such like disgusting hotel where room is unclean, old tiles, old towel, toilet disgusting, cockroach, bed bug ..

While Booking.com acts as a middleman, they do have a responsibility to ensure their listings aren't fraudulent

A good Hotel at a great Location
Pros:

Very helpful staff and well trained. they all are nice. nearby book market, red fort, jama masjid and rajghar. new railway station and old delhi railway stations are just in 2-3 km.

Did not even stay here. When I was about to check in the staff said the booked room isn’t available and that a bigger room is. He kept saying the room I booked will be available in an hour. And then I can switch. I said I had work and had to leave immediately after checking in, he suggested he’d move my things , which is never a safer option. And then he said I could take the bigger room for 2000, which I denied. And then left the place, after which I received a call with an offer for the same room at a price of 1700. This is such cheap ways to demand higher money. Staff was absolutely rude.
