Location, amazing beach just in front of the hotel, great breakfast! Really comfortable that sunbeds on the lawn were so close to the beach and booked for us on all our days of stay. Friendly staff really willing to help.

Amazing!! Love Protaras and Sunrise Beach Hotel🤩
Pros:

Perfekt lokasjon, veldig flott å ha faste solsenger under hele oppholdet. Deilig å kunne bytte til rene strandhåndklær hver ettermiddag. Fantastisk utvalg ved frokosten, serviceinnstilte ansatte. Nydelig drikke ved pool/strand bar, både alkoholfritt og med alkohol. Rett og slett et fantastisk sted vi skal tilbake til.

Cons:

Litt få heiser/små heiser mtp at dette er et stort hotell. Mye venting på heis.
Vår aircondition var så som så.. gikk greit i natt h med temperaturen ute ikke var så høy nå i mai, men det ville vært ubehagelig ved høy sommertemperatur.

Nagyon jó helyen van,szép nagy szálloda.A reggeli is remek,nagy választékkal.A szoba is szép.Plusz pont hogy a napágyakat kiosztják,így minden nap ugyanaz a helyed,nem kell harcolni,és ráadásul füves területen,nem lesz az ember nyakig homokos.A személyzet nagy része kedves volt

Tengerre néző szobát foglaltunk,ami számomra kicsit átverős volt,ugyanis oldalról nézett a tengerre,igaz hogy a második szoba de akkor is oldalról,úgyhogy nem ártana ezt pontosabban leírni.A takarítás viszonylag rendben volt,leszámítva hogy a használt poharakat,csészéket a szobában nem kicserélték,hanem csak elöblögették majd ronggyal eltörölték,ezáltal foltosak voltak,többet nem is ittunk belőle.
Mikor odaértünk leparkoltunk a hotel előtt hogy bejelentkezzünk és megtudjuk hol van a mélygarázs,1 perc sem telt el és jött egy idősebb úr(talán londiner volt) és nem túl kedvesen támadt nekünk hogy parkoljunk el onnan mert ott tilos parkolni,a másik londiner intette nyugalomra.Teszem hozzá hogy a mélygarázsba csak a kulcs kártyával lehet bejutni úgyhogy nem tudom hova kellett volna parkolni.A bejelentkeztető recepciós hölgy sem volt túl kedves,sajnos nem tudom a nevét,de kb kisfőnöknek gondolta magát(lehet hogy az is),mint valami robot darálta le a kötelező mondani valót mosoly nélkül.Nem kell nekünk hogy kinyalják a seggünket,de abban a 2 perc kommunikációban lehetnének kedvesebbek,vagy dobhatnának egy mosolyt.Véleményem szerint egy 5 csillagos hotel ennyi pénzért ezeket a hibákat nem engedhetné meg magának

Tolles Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage, zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Schöne und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl. Umfangreiches täglich wechselndes Abendbuffet in hervorragender und frischer Qualität. Unser Highlight war das Salatbuffet, welches extrem schmackhafte Salate inkl Fisch- und Fleischcarpaccio-Varianten bot. Hervorragend auch das abwechslungsreiche Dessert.

Cons:

Teilweise nachts laute Musik von der Promenade, wofür das Hotel aber nichts kann. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind ruhiger.

Brilliant week in a fantastic hotel with exceptional staff
Pros:

Fantastic location, right on the beach in the middle of the main road in Protaras. The staff were fantastic, notably the reception staff upon check in who offered us a complimentary glass of champagne and the bell hop, who gave us a full tour of the room. The facilities were fantastic, as you would expect from a 5* hotel. The adult only pool bar was brilliant during the day. The breakfast was a complete buffet of everything you would want, with no compromise on the quality of ingredients.

Cons:

My only single criticism is that the bed in the room was way too soft - not to my comfort at all.
