Stayed at the Sunrise Beach Hotel for a few days and absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the location is amazing, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive.
The beach is stunning, with crystal-clear water and direct access from the hotel. It was exactly what we were looking for, a peaceful place to relax, swim and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Our suite was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely, and having the beach just a few steps away made the whole experience even better.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. The only small downside was that there was no lactose-free or plant-based milk available at breakfast. Having a few alternative options would be a great addition.
We would happily come back. A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location, highly recommended!

Location was good but there are other hotels closer to things that may be a better location. But the fig tree bay beach it’s located on is good.
The service was not great. They don’t all smile, everything is overpriced. I lost my Dior bag worth £4,000, with no urgency from management telling me ‘the bag is long gone’ and the cleaner said it’s not here after 2 different people asked. When the third person asked them they found it after the 3rd time. Also, another bag was left in the hotel after checking out and we had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring it as the cleaner had to come back as she had left… not sure why. There’s a lot of corruption going on at this hotel and it feels really awkward. I left without a smile on my face and they didn’t care to ask how the stay went considering we stayed for 2 weeks. They make you feel like you’re asking for too much. I would never recommend it. I spent a long time researching for a good hotel as I am a travel content creator but this one is definitely not a great stay. Other guests also regret staying as we made friends here. Also £5 for a bowl of chips? And the awful pizza honestly it is not good for food. The breakfast however was a big hazard for allergens as I stressed to the chef that my child has a cows allergy and can’t have the ready made egg batch for omelettes as it’s mixed with stuff including milk. The chef didn’t listen and didn’t clean pans from previous pork or cheese on it I had to ask. The head chef then had to come and tell them what to do. They don’t really listen.I would recommend not staying here.

היה פספוס עם ניקיון החדר באחד הבקרים. לא ברור מה הייתה הסיבה, אבל היה מאכזב להגיע ולראות שהחדר לא נקי ולא מריח טוב. מצויין שיש חוף ים פרטי למלון, אבל זה לא כך. מסתבר שאמנם החוף קרוב ביותר אבל יש להשכיר מיטות בתשלום.
Yiannis and Adamos at the beach bar are the best
It wasn’t clean and there were bed bugs. My son and I had several bites. The staff at the breakfast were very rude.
Overall, everything was great. Front desk was very helpful and thoughtful with their actions and advice.
Staff that assigned loungers were not very organized or efficient. We needed to switch loungers 3x due to their errors.

Perfect location
Very old hotel - need fully renovation, it’s not 5*. Also too much soft mattress. SPA in other hotel, closed at 18.30 but staff ask you to leave 18.15. But in 5* hotel SPA should be open until 20.00 minimum. Restraint closed at 15.00 and you couldn’t have a lunch. Sunbeds were dirty, gym very old and half machines were broke.
