ALLT var toppen, förutom musiken i fukostmatsalen, för hög volym i en "stensal" och vid poolen mycket enformig och lite stressande när man vill chilla, vi stannade ca 1h per gång sen orkade vi inte höra på den typen av musik mera, trist.
Mycket trevlig personal, kommer att sakna dem.

Cons:

Dammsugaren som användes på våning 2 behöver bytas ut, den lät riktigt illa på golvet, kvinnan som städade hade så bråttom att smutsen inte hann sugas upp. Fönstren behöver tvättas då dem är smutsiga, konstigt att inte personalen såg det själva utan jag fick be om det.

Location is amazing on Vryssi beach and central in town so everything walkable. Underground parking . Great gym and sauna/ steam room. Very good breakfast buffet. Nice touches - like the coffee machine in room and beach towels that fit over the ends of the sun loungers! We got a room upgrade as hotel didn’t have that many guests!

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay, trying to join in any entertainment both for kinds and adults. The food was various and rich. The sea is fantastic there.

Cons:

I would recommend to add more dancing evenings with the hits of the 70-80s, some events, introducing the local culture.

The location of the hotel is good and that's about it unfortunately.

Cons:

Our stay was extremely disappointing and nowhere near five-star standard. We experienced serious food hygiene issues, unprofessional staff behaviour, poor service, and a general lack of management oversight. The buffet food was cold and mishandled, staff were rude, and housekeeping and breakfast service were unacceptable. Despite raising these concerns directly with the hotel, the only response offered was a discount on a future stay, which does not address the problems we faced. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not return.
