Pros:

We enjoyed our stay, trying to join in any entertainment both for kinds and adults. The food was various and rich. The sea is fantastic there.

Cons:

I would recommend to add more dancing evenings with the hits of the 70-80s, some events, introducing the local culture.

Beautiful location, very welcoming staff, lovely hotel.

Cons:

Booking sunbeds, this option is great if you arrive and there is plenty of choice. But doesn’t work so well, when beds are booked and not used.

The location of the hotel is good and that's about it unfortunately.

Cons:

Our stay was extremely disappointing and nowhere near five-star standard. We experienced serious food hygiene issues, unprofessional staff behaviour, poor service, and a general lack of management oversight. The buffet food was cold and mishandled, staff were rude, and housekeeping and breakfast service were unacceptable. Despite raising these concerns directly with the hotel, the only response offered was a discount on a future stay, which does not address the problems we faced. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not return.

Pros:

Such a well run hotel with very friendly and most helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was really good. Lots of organised entertainment and a number of excellent swimming pools. Great location next to beach.

Pros:

The hotel was directly at a nice beach, and also a different even nicer beach was in walking distance. The breakfast was extraordinary with a lot of options and high-quality food. The hotel also offers multiple great restaurants for dinner.

Cons:

The bed was very soft for my taste, I prefer a harder mattress, but given how much time we spent outdoors and in the sea, I did not have trouble sleeping.
