Location was good. Near airport.

Cons:

Room door had a faulty lock. It kept locking me inside. Two restaurant menus were provided in the room, but staff had no idea about restaurant timings - they asked me to place a dinner order after the restaurant was already shut.
FabHotel platform asked for a pre-payment of token amount to confirm booking, but neither the hotel nor FabHotel provided me a receipt/invoice for it. The hotel gave me a receipt of the balance amount (minus the token), and FabHotel later sent a very confusing invoice that did not clearly specify what I had already paid.

Budget-Friendly and Clean
Pros:

Stayed for two nights and was impressed with the cleanliness and service. The staff was cooperative and welcoming. Slight issue with the AC on the first night, but it was fixed. Would recommend for short stays.

Everything. The manager was on leave so a young kid was taking the calls and telling everyone that they don't know about any bookings. I also paid advance to confirm my booking but there was no response from hotel or even FAB HOTELS GROUP.
