Low price hotel. Poor effort with taxi bookings meaning I missed my train. Be careful!
Pros:

The value of the hotel was good. I had no issues with what I got for the small amount I paid. Thankfully that was all correct as other issues were huge.

Cons:

I messaged the hotel several times ahead of my stay to book 2 taxis, one from the airport and one to Halkali station. The amounts were agreed in advance but they were wrong and the morning taxi did not turn up meaning I missed the Ankara train. Awful.

Super Friendly Staff, Excellent Value for Money!
Pros:

Hotel staff were exceptionally kind, answering every question, accommodating all our requests, and offering helpful advice. The hotel was within walking distance of our main focal point - the Pullman Istanbul Hotel and Convention Centre. Overall, it offers excellent value for money

I Definately recommend :)
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great, but the service truly exceeded my expectations.
I was staying here while recovering from nose surgery, and the staff couldn't have been more supportive. I want to give a special shout-out to Benjamin—he was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, polite, and helpful with every single request I had. Thanks to him, I felt incredibly well-cared for during my recovery.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with a big heart and professional service. I will definitely be coming back
