La habitación en general es cómoda, la ducha era buena, la cama también, tenía pava y estaba cerca del evento al cual fuimos en Istanbul. El personal fue amable

La limpieza y las habitaciones. Hubo un inconveniente con las habitaciones pero se pudo solucionar exitosamente con el hotel.

Low price hotel. Poor effort with taxi bookings meaning I missed my train. Be careful!
Pros:

The value of the hotel was good. I had no issues with what I got for the small amount I paid. Thankfully that was all correct as other issues were huge.

Cons:

I messaged the hotel several times ahead of my stay to book 2 taxis, one from the airport and one to Halkali station. The amounts were agreed in advance but they were wrong and the morning taxi did not turn up meaning I missed the Ankara train. Awful.

Super Friendly Staff, Excellent Value for Money!
Pros:

Hotel staff were exceptionally kind, answering every question, accommodating all our requests, and offering helpful advice. The hotel was within walking distance of our main focal point - the Pullman Istanbul Hotel and Convention Centre. Overall, it offers excellent value for money
