Pros:

Le personnel était au top : ils nous ont beaucoup aidés à planifier et à réserver nos billets. L’hôtel est situé près de l’entrée East du parc forestier (10 minutes à pied). La chambre était propre et confortable, un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Pros:

We stayed three nights in Wulingyuan, and our experience was wonderful. The lady who runs the place was incredibly kind and helpful — she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped us buy the park tickets, and thanks to her, everything was super easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable, we could do our laundry at no extra cost, and there was coffee available downstairs. The location was also great — within walking distance to the park entrance. We truly recommend this accommodation 100%! The host’s kindness made our stay unforgettable.

Pros:

The room and location were perfect, the staff purchased tickets for attractions for us and explained the best way to visit the park in 1 day. They also did the laundry for free. Amazing.

Pros:

La struttura era molto bella, moderna e molto pulita. La camera spaziosa, il personale alla reception super disponibile sia per rispondere alle nostre richieste in struttura, sia nell' aiutarci ad organizzare le nostre giornate. Parlano inglese.
Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione del bus se si arriva in bus da Zhangjiajie, vicinissimo all'entrata del Parco Nazionale (5 minuti a piedi) e a 10 minuti in macchina dalla Huanglong cave.

No es lo que esperabamos
Pros:

- La chica se prestó a comprarnos las entradas del parque (aunque tenían un recargo de pago por tarjeta o alipay que nunca se mencionó, igual que el pago de la habitación que nos pasó lo mismo).
- La cama era cómoda y grande.
- Habitación de buen tamaño.
- La ubicación era buena cerca de una de las entradas del parque, que al final solo utilizamos para salir ya que es mejor entrar por otra.

Cons:

- La habitación olía a tabaco y a humedad a unos niveles muy exagerados, hasta las toallas olían. Cuando poníamos el aire acondicionado no se podía ni respirar.
- Nos pareció que la ayuda era algo forzada, no nos sentimos tratados desinteresadamente.
- El primer día nos sentó en el restaurante de al lado con el que tiene amistad casi a la fuerza, al final nos fuimos, cenamos allí y estaba bueno pero las formas eran más de interés personal que no de ayudarnos.
- En las entradas del parque dijo que estaba todo incluido y al llegar allí la mitad de cosas no entraban, al preguntar y tratarse del ultimo día dejó de responder los mensajes.
- El hotel en las fotos parece que este en otro lugar, es un edificio que la parte baja es una especie de cafetería en la que nunca hay nadie y las habitaciones están arriba.

Excelente estancia
Pros:

El personal nos ayudó mucho con las entradas al parque de Zhangjiajie, sin ellas no habríamos conseguido entrar. Hablan inglés, y son muy amables y atentos en todo momento. La localización del hotel es perfecta!

Lovely stay

Our 5-night stay at this charming, family-owned hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome to the heartfelt farewell, every moment felt personal and genuine. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated with local touches. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, offering great local tips and sorting out our itineraries and park tickets.
As a bonus - It is a short walk of the East gate of the National Park.
It’s rare to find a place that blends comfort, care, and character so seamlessly.An absolute gem we’ll never forget.

Perfect location and accommodations.
Pros:

Loved how modern and spacious the rooms are. The beds are comfortable. Heating worked very well. You were greeted with fresh brewed tea and roasted sweet potatoes each evening. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Name of hotel on the facade is "Two Girls Inn" instead of Cozy Boutique hotel.
