I especially appreciate how your staff treated my elderly father with kindness, patience, and respect. They were always ready to assist him whenever he needed help, which gave our family great peace of mind.

The Front Desk Staff specially Mr. Hadnain the hygiene, The location, The food, and the Garden in the back yard was lovely. We have stayed in several place in the past but this Heaven Hotel in Astana was the best in terms with the 24 hour hot water and electricity The staff was absolutely friendly and very hospitable

私はチェックイン当日にhunzaという街からこのホテルがあるスカルドゥの街へ移動したのですが、交通手段などを親身になって相談に乗ってくれました
このおかげで無事にホテルに到着することができました
またオーナーさんの粋な計らいにより、冷たい砂漠へ連れてってもらいました
そこで満点の星空を見ることができ、素敵な体験をすることができました
私が滞在したのはほんの短い時間でしたが、最高の思い出になりました
またスカルドゥへ旅行する際はぜひこのホテルを利用したいです

It was a really lovely hotel.
The hotel was well-equipped and very clean.
I was also able to take a hot shower.
The hotel owner is a very kind person.
I traveled from the town of Hunza to Skardu, where this hotel is located, on the day of check-in, and he kindly helped me figure out my transportation options.
Thanks to his help, I was able to arrive at the hotel safely.
Also, thanks to the owner’s thoughtful gesture, he took me out to the cold desert.
There, I was able to see a star-filled sky and had a wonderful experience.
Although my stay was very short, it became a wonderful memory.
I definitely want to stay at this hotel again when I travel to Skardu.

What truly stood out was the excellent management, especially Mr. Hasnain. He was extremely cooperative and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth. For the three days we stayed, he personally assisted us with transportation using his own car and helped us explore all the beautiful places in Skardu.

Heel erg vriendelijk personeel. De eigenaren hebben hun best gddaan om het ons naar onze zin te maken. Haji Muhammed Hussain heeft ons hele leuke locaties laten zien. Medewerker Nawaz was ook vriendelijk en heeft ons goed verzorgd. Het zijn aardige mensen die hun best doen om de gasten op hun gemak te stellen. We hebben een erg leuke tijd gehad en ook het ontbijt viel bij ons goed in de smaak. We kunnen dit hotel iedereen aanraden.

Best hotel for family and friends ; nice smiling owner; provided pick and drop ; arranged recreation trips by themselves in a very low and best rates. Friendly and supportive staff just like feeling at home. Almost arranged everything i needed. Hotel cooked a food like home and enjoyed my stay even extending my stay two more days.
Hotel cooked water available 24 hours, best wifi available; gas heater also provided on small extra charge as agreed earlier. I wish to plan next skardu with my family with the same hotel. All needs fulfilled by Mr. Hussnain owner of this hotel and friendly consultant for every task. I appreciate his cooperation in a best way.

The location is perfect, close to major attractions and easy to get around. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Hasnain bhai the owner of the hotel is very professional and very kind person he always wait for us to have breakfast even after 11 am. The rooms were good and clean and dinner was tasty. Will recommend to my friends and family

My stay at Heaven Hotel in Skardu was exceptional. The service was outstanding, thanks to the cooperative and humble staff, particularly Husnain He is a professional and down to earth person I really like his way of delivering, The way he talks shows that he is well educated and knows about the hotel management. However, the true highlight was the owner, Haji Hussain, who went above and beyond. He not only provided excellent hospitality but also offered a car service (Rent a car Skardu), taking us to hidden gems in Skardu that weren't even part of our package. His kindness, humility, and generosity truly made our experience unforgettable. Skardu, with its breathtaking beauty and peaceful atmosphere, is a destination that left a lasting impression on us 💕💕
