Great place to stay in busy bangkok. Nice amenities. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Great hospitality from Khun Nu (the restaurant manager, Khun Rin (the hosting staff), Khun Tao, (concierge) and the head chef, Khun Ray.

There were mosquitoes in my room. I asked for the room to be sprayed after the first night, but they missed a few since there were still some on the second night. My room was nice but not soundproof. I could hear music and conversations outside and noise from the hall and the adjacent rooms.

This hotel could be fabulous, but there are a few teething problems still.
No balcony furniture, had to request this. Husband cut his foot on parasol base, razor sharp edges on metal parts. The response from the onsite manager and team was very good though.
No sauce pans in rooms despite there being a hob! Had to request this from reception. No instructions for microwave / oven or dishwasher (which had no cutlery holder). Bed is comfortable, though pillows a little firm for my liking. Breakfast choice is limited, not as extensive as other marriot and a bit chaotic, with no system for ordering extras, like omlettes, eggs etc and no idea what extras could be ordered, unless you asked. However the accommodation is bright and pleasing, No balcony furniture, had to also request this beautifully landscaped pool area. The hotel has been open for about 4 months, so still room for improvement.
Refilling of toiletries, coffee, dishwasher tablet and laundry detergent a bit hit and miss!
On the 3 days I was there, none of the ladies or gents toilets nearest to pool were working. The people onsite however were lovely and very responsive when asked to attend to an issue. I'd come back, as I believe it will only get better.

Pros:

Lovely and relaxing stay . The food was superb and very tasty. All the staff were great and very friendly. I didn’t like the bedding.
Highly recommend.
