AC is not working good…I have called 2x reception and they only took action just 3hrs before we check out we couldn’t even have sa good rest due to uncomfortability of weather that time

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. While the location was convenient, several issues made the stay uncomfortable.
We initially booked a standard room, but found it to be quite outdated and noisy. We decided to upgrade to a deluxe room, hoping for a better experience.
Unfortunately, the deluxe room appeared unfinished and had a very strong smell of fresh paint. We asked if something could be done, and while air freshener was used, it didn’t help with the smell. The odour was overwhelming, and both my partner and I started getting headaches and still slept there for a night.
Due to the discomfort, we had no choice but to check out earlier than planned.
Overall, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
It was my first and probably the last time that I will stay in this hotel.

O café da manhã é só um prato feito. Senti falta de frutas e mais opções de pães. Também tomamos um lanchinho e não foi muito bom. Apesar da boa localização, a área na proximidade do hotel é bem movimentada e suja.

Air conditioning needs to improve , i believe should not be a reason to say to customer that the weather outside is really hot thats why the AC unit was not cooling enough.

Breakfast was included but it has limited selections of Menu

I stayed for two nights before moving cities. The high ceilings mean that the AC units are so high up that nobody has ever cleaned the filters = filthy air being blown around the room = instant sinus infection that somewhat ruined my entire trip.

Wi-Fi was mostly unavailable and uselessly slow (5Mbps) when connected, which besides meaning no useful TV in room to calm down, more importantly I was unable to get online to check for shops, restaurants, museums, check the metro, etc., or even to call a Grab, or just about anything. My roaming wasn't working well on the first day either so for almost 5 hours I could hardly do a thing online there, and just wasted all of my time trying to reload pages or call drivers to go elsewhere, which kept failing due to connection problems and Wi-Fi that was generally unavailable.

The area around the hotel had nothing, except that it seemed to be the fast food capital of Manila. Maybe I could have taken the metro (across the street) somewhere although if I couldn't get online to check where to go and where to get off the train, then the option is removed. It's not like asking around gives the kind of precise information required to venture out in such manner.

Staff took ages to change my room after there was no hot water in my first one (please wait, we will send a technician ... okay the technician will check the boiler, please wait... with no updates of course). The shower door in room #2 didn't seal properly either so the room flooded when I was finally able to bathe.

Three times I got loud, intrusive knocks on the door to give me my meal -I had to keep explaining that I am not part of whatever the tour group was so stop banging on my door and interrupting me.

There were many other petty issues with this rubbish place that I just won't bother wasting my time getting into.

Pay more money and go find somewhere better. I booked this in a huge rush and paid the price.

We extended our stay by one additional night due to a late-night flight, with the intention of getting some much-needed rest before the flight. Although we checked out early at 7pm, we had specifically booked the extra time to relax ahead of a long journey.

Unfortunately, our experience was far from restful. In the afternoon, we were alarmed when multiple people—including hotel staff and other guests—attempted to forcefully open our room door. This was extremely frightening and completely unexpected. We were especially concerned that, had we not engaged the double lock, someone may have entered the room, which would have made the situation even more distressing.

When we opened the door to see what was happening, a staff member asked whether we had already checked out. A supervisor later explained that there had been a system error. While we understand that technical issues can occur, this situation was handled very poorly and caused significant distress.

We had extended our stay specifically for comfort and peace of mind, but instead experienced disruption and anxiety. We hope the hotel addresses these issues to ensure better communication, coordination, and guest safety in the future.

L’hôtel est à côté de beaucoup de commerce etc mais le quartier n’est pas très propre (odeur, personnes qui dorment dehors etc
