Good holiday
Pros:

Exceptional staff.

Cons:

Our room is a bit small for 3 pax, and I didn't expect an extra bed is a pull out. Blankets and carpets are outdated.

The Best all over.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated having a private safe in the room to store my valuables, especially when travelling from abroad with important belongings. The food at the hotel restaurant was also delicious. Overall, I had a good experience with the hotel and appreciated its cleanliness, comfort, and friendly service.

Cons:

The hotel is located directly on a main road, so it was quite noisy. What I disliked the most was that when I contacted the housekeeping staff to ask for toilet paper, I was told that there would be an additional charge. I was very disappointed by this, as toilet paper is a basic necessity that should be provided by the hotel. This was the main thing I did not like about my stay.
