Very bad service, I have booked by payment but they refused to provide rooms in mid night… very bad service

Television not working.. we communicated with staff but issue not resolved.
IT is a value for money room, wtith in 3-4 kms from Info park. othern than there is nothing to talk about. IT is a Okay kind of room for one night sleep.
The lift was not working. The room was clean, but no hangers were provided, and there was no mirror in the room. , the rexine on the headboard was torn as well.
The bed sheets smells bad something like cigarette smell.i think they are not changing it .
The locatiion of the propery is very closed with raulway station abd metro station
The. Room is very small and the ved spread and pillow cover and blanket not clead.
