The hotel staff was super helpful and they did everything to help when I needed my phone to be fixed. Location was good for us and there is cafeterias and some food places around. Recommended!
L’emplacement nous convenait par sa proximité avec la gare du YHT, le train rapide. C’est un peu loin du centre ville.
La chambre était très spacieuse, permettant de ranger nos affaires facilement.
Le manque d’une vraie réception.
Le minibar ne marchait pas mais il a été remplacé le lendemain.
Les baies vitrées sont si sales que la vue sur l’extérieur est quasiment impossible.
Le coffre ne marchait pas, sans doute des piles à changer.
La porte d’entrée sur rue était cassée, il fallait entrer par une rue derrière.
L’entretien général du lieu laisse à désirer.

The location of the hotel is perfect. You can go almost anywhere by train and the train central is less than 5 minutes away by walking. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast for a small fee. Your room comes with complementary water, tea, coffee, AC, Wi-Fi, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels and it is big, clean, has huge windows with a nice view.
The reception is on the second floor and the elevator starts at the same floor too. Make sure to go up there and ask them to help with your luggage. They are very nice, they will help you. We did not realize this, so we did it ourselves. It was our fault really…
Hospitality
The hotel charged my account twice! I didn't expect this and until the last moment thought it was my fault.
The receptionist claimed there might be a mistake - she promised to fix it several times, but in fact, she and the hotel only played for time - I couldn't stay longer there and had to leave until the situation got clarified. Now they just declined my request, although I have all the docs. And booking.com does nothing about it.
I really disappointed, the worst experience I've ever had.
Good location, clean, amazing staff
Spacious and clean room. Large comfortable bed. Friendly staff (it's a family run hotel). Close to the train station. I chose this hotel mostly for the location because I had a train arriving late at night and didn't want to add more travel time. Even then it took a bit more time than I thought to get to the hotel because of the low number of crosswalks and the time it takes to turn green for pedestrians (unless you're comfortable just crossing anywhere like most Turks do, then it's faster).
The hotel is old and run down and really needs renovating. But for me the biggest problem with the room is that the sound insulation was really poor and you could hear a lot of noise coming from the busy road outside. Bring ear plugs. It's ok for a couple of nights but I wouldn't want to stay too long. The staff is friendly but communication was a bit difficult, only the son seems to speak decent English.
