Very clean and warm. Comfy room with lovely toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Nice bar area. Pool and sauna fine. Lovely breakfast with gorgeous view. Friendly staff.
It's very pleasant and comfy. Parking bit tricky.
The hotel was in a beautiful place
We had a spa bath in room anf unfortunately it wasn't cleaned the jets were absolutely disgusting I had to run bath 4 times to get jets clean and than clean the bath after as this was a birthday present im not very happy
Hotel choice was amazing. The staff were exceptional, and everybody else… We could not fault this hotel.
The drinks by the pool side were awesome. The waitresses were amazing bringing drinks to us by the pool side… we will definitely be coming back… thank you so much for your hospitality 10/10!!!!
Hotels grounds, garden, pool and location are exceptional.
However, standard family room that we got allocated is very very basic. No space to move in the room at all, no storage to unpack or open suitcase. everything is outdated, dirty, dusty and old. Rooms desperately need an upgrade.
Shower was making horrible squeaky noise, kettle dirty and smelly.
Awful value for money , room charges are overpriced for what you get.
Plus hotel charges for full English breakfast for children and adults, no continental option. A bowl of cereal with toast for a child is £8.
Number one was the staff they're fantastic location is amazing facilities incredible. I travel to the island lots one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
I couldn't work the coffee machine in my room. It's a bloke thing.
Staff welcoming, main areas very well kept, free games retro game room quality, location.
No hot water on the morning of check out, not offered an alternative before checking out, or any compensation for that matter. Bathroom tired, silicone black, dusty mirrors.
The staff were lovely and the woman at the desk was very accommodating, there was plenty to do at the hotel in the arcade room and the spa area, the views from our balcony were amazing and the room was excellent, would love to come back in the summer
It was very homely
Nothing
Accueil et personnel super
The Hotel was in a lovely setting, the staff were excellent and very helpful 👍. We had breakfast on both days we stayed and found the choices of food to a very high standard.
We would definitely visit again. 😃
The rooms did allow a lot of hotel noise which was disturbing. Although the facilities were amazing 👏

poor shower pressure disappointing in executive suite barely any pressure at all
Luccombe Hall is our favourite destination on the Isle of Wight.
Views to die for!
Great Breakfasts
Toilets seemed to have drain issues (occassional smells).
