Pros:

Overall it’s clean.

Cons:

First, the property is hard to locate. It is tacked in a small street. We were lucky to have our private tour guide with us when we checked in. At first the front desk claimed no booking with us. Then, between our tour guide , the front desk and numerous phone calls with the manager, they figured out the manager didn’t informed of our booking to him. The rooms we stayed at were not as per the description. Since we stayed one night so we made the best out of it. I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you don’t speak Vietnamese fluently or you don’t have a tour guide with you to avoid our situation.

Will never recommend this hotel.
Pros:

There is always just one unprofessional staff manning the reception and all are not English speaking. Even if you translate, they cant give you any answer to any simple basic inquiry . Hard to communicate. Accepts only cash . No nearby money exchange. No luggage assistance. I had to ask other nearby Hotel (Hon Gai ) receptionist to assist us.
