Pros:

We like that every part of the hotel is very clean and cozy. The size of the room is very comfortable. The staffs are very polite, helpful and hospitable. The breakfast and dinner are very delicious. The taste and presentation are 100%, very personal and homey kind of food. We would definitely book this hotel again when visiting Hakuba and will recommend to friends and family too.

早餐7:30開始,可以跟櫃台提早到06:30;房間比想像中大,整體住起來非常舒適,溫泉也很舒服;接待的主人非常紳士且服務周到;地下室有投幣式洗烘衣機。

Pros:

接待是位很紳士會英文的老先生, 他家是全木頭的建築，真的很像住在歐美國家，戶外一大片綠油油空地, 停車很方便。
室內的窗户可看到遠方的白馬連峰和曾辦奧運比賽的滑雪道, 風景很不錯。
住兩晚餐點完全不同, 都不錯吃, 食材多樣性, 很多都是當地農產品, 蠻健康美味的。

Cons:

由於是3層樓的木造房, 沒有電梯。工作人員不多(大部分只有這一對老夫妻), 得自己扛行李上樓。民宿家
比較低調，當時5點多天已暗下來, 明明已經到了，卻找了一會兒。

ちょっと残念
Pros:

食事は大変そう美味しく頂きました。

Cons:

全般的なメンテナンスが出来ていないように思います。
特に露天風呂？は、危険すら感じました。
床板、柱が腐食し床板固定材が浮き上がっています。
お風呂関連のアメニティグッズが不足しているように強く感じました。

Pros:

Everything, the breakfast and dinner is delicious. The location is 5min walk to bus terminal and Lawson. There’s a onsen in the hotel. The view from window is stunning, Hakuba peak can be seen. There’s several relax corner with sofa to enjoy reading. I recommend this hotel for stay in Hakuba

落ち着いた静かな宿
Pros:

ピーク時を過ぎていたからか、静かな宿で落ち着いて滞在できた。朝の青空がきれいだった。ホテルからの山々の眺めも最高。食事も美味しかった。

Cons:

浴場が滑りやすく危ないと思った。露天風呂の中の段差部分に滑り止めを付けたほうが良いのでは？

期待していた以上でした、オーナーご夫妻？もとても穏やかで優しい雰囲気ですごく良かったです。
Pros:

館内の空間に置いてある調度品も素敵で、とても良い雰囲気のホテル
食事のちょうど良いボリュームで、特別な食材ではないがとても丁寧な感じがした。

良かったです
Pros:

清潔感もあり、ロケーションが素敵でした。
あと、受付の方が大変感じが良く親切だった。

Cons:

お風呂が熱すぎて一瞬しか浸かることが出来なかった。
水を足せるところがわからなかったので。

Perfect for a short stay and you don’t plan on being there much.
Pros:

The guy who works on the desk is super friendly and happy to help, props to him. Onsen is sweet and clean

Cons:

Had mold on the shower curtains which we notified staff about early into the stay but it was never cleaned. Pretty dusty but good enough.

Pros:

とても広々とした部屋で、周囲を遮るものもない高原リゾートの部屋でした。少し歩けばコンビニもあるし美味しい居酒屋さんもあり全く不便しませんでした。混雑していなかったため、露天風呂付きの大浴場も広々と使うことが出来てとっても落ち着いた時間を過ごすことが出来ました。大浴場の温泉は、上がってからも湯冷めしない優しいお湯でした。朝ごはんはおかずいっぱいの和食でした。ごはんが美味しくて、普段は絶対やらないおかわりまで戴いちゃいました。

Cons:

全然無いです。強いて言うならば部屋の鍵が一つなので男女別に大浴場に行くと、鍵を持っていない人は部屋に入れない可能性が有ります。
