Pros:

とても広々とした部屋で、周囲を遮るものもない高原リゾートの部屋でした。少し歩けばコンビニもあるし美味しい居酒屋さんもあり全く不便しませんでした。混雑していなかったため、露天風呂付きの大浴場も広々と使うことが出来てとっても落ち着いた時間を過ごすことが出来ました。大浴場の温泉は、上がってからも湯冷めしない優しいお湯でした。朝ごはんはおかずいっぱいの和食でした。ごはんが美味しくて、普段は絶対やらないおかわりまで戴いちゃいました。

Cons:

全然無いです。強いて言うならば部屋の鍵が一つなので男女別に大浴場に行くと、鍵を持っていない人は部屋に入れない可能性が有ります。

Amazing place to stay in Hakuba!
Pros:

Loved this place so much, I would pick this place again in a heartbeat! From the AMAZING japanese style breakfast to the location, everything was perfect! Oh, did I mention the onsen? We truly enjoyed staying here and will recommend to anyone!

Amazing vibe. Breakfast was incredible! Traditional Japanese breakfast! I was full for the entire day! Staff were so polite, gracious. Norwegian Olympic team stayed in hotel for 1998 Winter Olympics. Serene peaceful feeling in hotel with traditional wood and Japanese architecture..short 5 mins walk to bus to other resorts. Highly recommend

Great authentic Japanese experience
Pros:

The reception host exceptional. Very welcoming and always available if we needed information or help.
A small hotel providing personal friendly service.
Loved the very authentic Japanese style.

Cons:

The Japanese style matrices on the floor take a bit of getting used to for a westerner but they were fine.

Excellent hotel. You won't find a better place at this price.
Pros:

Happy and friendly service. Great location near to the Happo bus stop and near to the Lawson mini-market. Great Onsen in the hotel. Good boot room for storing skis/boots. Great to be able to get a 916 from the vending machine any time.

Mr Maruyama was the most gracious host. Beautiful , well maintained Ryokan with a perfect Onsen. Most convenient location near the Hakuba Bus Terminal which will take u anywhere you need to go in the Hakuba Valley + To and from Nagano

Hôtel parfaitement situé, confort et amabilité du personnel, je recommande fortement
Pros:

L'hôtel était vraiment charmant, avec une décoration soignée, des espaces détente, un onsen, un espace pour le matériel de ski, micro-ondes à disposition ainsi que des distributeurs de boissons, le personnel était adorable, parlant anglais, le petit déjeuner était délicieux (mix japonais et occidental) et très copieux, notre chambre était spacieuse et les futons très confortables, et surtout l'emplacement était parfait à quelques minutes à pieds de la station Happo one Terminal, du lawson, et du centre ville pour sortir manger, et une dizaine de minutes à pieds également des remontées de la station Happo one donc vraiment parfait. Rien à redire, nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si nous revenons dans cette station.

Pros:

The owner was extremely friendly and helped us to store our luggage prior to check-in on the first day. The location was perfect for the Happo One bus terminal and the building itself was very clean and well looked after. The rooms were spacious and towels replaced on a daily basis. The onsen was a bonus. Very happy with our choice to stay here

Our accommodation was quaint, traditional and centrally located.
Pros:

The breakfast was stunning, mix of western and traditional, beautifully presented.
So much to choose from.
