Pros:

The hotel is excellently located, just a short 4-minute walk from Ōtsuka Station on the JR Yamanote Line, making it incredibly convenient to reach key areas such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Yoyogi, Ikebukuro, Shinagawa, and Tokyo. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, which was a pleasant surprise.

Although the room was compact, it was very thoughtfully arranged, comfortably accommodating our family with two double beds and two additional futons. The balcony view was a lovely bonus. The shower, toiletries, and overall amenities were of a good standard, and the WiFi connection was reliable throughout our stay.

Even though this is an unmanned hotel, the staff were very prompt and helpful in communicating online, sharing all the necessary information in advance and throughout our stay to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable.

The surrounding area is very convenient, with a 24-hour laundromat just a minute away, a FamilyMart right below the building, and plenty of dining options nearby. For quick and easy breakfasts, places like McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Excelsior Caffé near the station were especially handy.

Overall, it’s a great choice for a family of four—comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly positioned for exploring Tokyo with ease.

Cons:

One small suggestion for improvement: While a kettle and cups were provided in the room, we did not find any tea or coffee sachets or milk portions. Including these would have been a nice added touch for guests.

房間有下水道意味、浴室有煙味，住宿期間全程開著抽風機但煙味還是沒有散去、寢具濕氣重、隔音不好

離車站近、有電梯、樓下就是超商、生活機能方便、附近居酒屋很多、廁所設備新穎、打掃的很乾淨

離jr大塚走路五分鐘，去各個轉點非常方便，去機場也很方便。 不想住在鬧區又不想離鬧區太遠，非常推薦這裡。 但不建議行李太多的一家人，兩人住很剛好。
Pros:

住宿點很方便，週邊吃的很多有好吃，自助入住退房很方便。

Cons:

🤣這次房間在七樓，要小爬一層樓梯。行李有點重女生搬上去有一點點累。
沒廚房，清洗東西得到廁所。

Pros:

Struttura accogliente situata in ottima posizione vicino a tanti locali dove si può mangiare o bere e sotto al palazzo un supermarket. Metropolitana ( Yamanote line) 5 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

Non c’è il servizio spedizioni bagagli e le camere sono un po’ piccole. Comode se si viaggia in due o singoli. Servizio non è stato ottimale non c’è stato un cambio di asciugamani.

物美價廉，優質住處
Pros:

距離大塚站很近，樓下就有全家很便利，附近的餐廳也很多，還有唐吉軻德可以逛喔！最棒的是房子乾淨整潔，洗澡的水量充足暖氣也很棒！

Perfect Location & Value for Money
Pros:

The location is perfect. Not too quiet, not too busy. Otsuka (Yamanote) station is just a few meters away. There are many convenience stores, fast food, and small restaurants in the area.
