物美價廉，優質住處
Pros:

距離大塚站很近，樓下就有全家很便利，附近的餐廳也很多，還有唐吉軻德可以逛喔！最棒的是房子乾淨整潔，洗澡的水量充足暖氣也很棒！

Perfect Location & Value for Money
Pros:

The location is perfect. Not too quiet, not too busy. Otsuka (Yamanote) station is just a few meters away. There are many convenience stores, fast food, and small restaurants in the area.

Pros:

駅から徒歩5分圏内にあり、疲れていてもすぐ宿に着けて良かった。
給湯器やドライヤーなどは完備してあり、さらにトイレとシャワールームが別々になっていて良かった。
ただし、私が連続で泊まった際スタッフによる部屋の清掃は無かった。

Cons:

ベットのシーツがしわくちゃで、部屋に入った瞬間凄いアジアンな香りがした。

Convinient and compact
Pros:

The location of the property is amazing! Otsuka Station being on the JR Yamanote Line makes the property have amazing connectivity to the rest of Tokyo. Food options around the property is also abundant with a variety of price ranges. I personally recommend Kousagi for a good bowl of Ramen.

Cons:

The size of the room with the balcony is quite small for more than 2 people.
