Overall, quite disappointing, but the bed was comfortable
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent despite the drainage issues, and the room was spacious. The air conditioning worked well, and the staff were really helpful when we had an issue with our taxi.

Cons:

There was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived, and we had to ask for some, twice. The hotel lobby consistently smelled strongly of cooking. Although the décor was nice, the hotel felt unfinished in several areas, and many of the fixtures were poor quality or broken — the soap dish holder and toothbrush holder were damaged, the bedside light didn’t work, and one side of the bed didn’t have a bedside table. There was also a dead plant left on the balcony.
The hotel was extremely noisy throughout the night because it was directly opposite a 24-hour beer house. The bathroom had no surfaces to place toiletries on. The WiFi was awful, and the breakfast was very disappointing — I’d recommend going elsewhere.
I’m utterly convinced that many of the positive reviews for this hotel are fake, as my experience was completely different from what they suggest.

Pros:

Остались очень довольными выбором этой гостиницы. Изначально искали вариант с комфортным и уютным проживанием. Так как мы ехали с ребенком, и вечерам отдыхали в номере и важно чтобы номер был уютным, приятным. При этом в самой гостинице есть свой был и ресторан, можно вечером и там отдыхать, есть комната отдыха с играми. Вся гостиница оформлена в необычном стиле, видно что было вложено много души. В номере все продуманно и есть, удобные матрасы и подушки. Был обогреватель, и поэтому не мерзли. Расположение в пешей доступности к центру и магазинам, на подъёмники ездили на такси. Очень вкусный и сытый завтрак. И есть хорошая кофе-машина.

Я также был поражен их восхитительной кухней. Все было очень вкусно.
