Tiene todo lo necesario para familias y niños , pero sin lujo.
Pros:

La playa esta justo al salir , la comida era muy rica , el personal amable con los niños

Cons:

En la comida turca el personal te hecha la comida en el plato(no te sirves tu ) , las bebidas alcoholicas son hasta las 22:00 gratuitas , el resto se paga , poca oferta en schnaks entre las comidas , siempre las tartas de la comida y solo patatas fritas .
Con los masajes no siempre tuvimos suerte con la masajeadora , pero por ello nos dieron otro masaje gratis , ya que con el primero no era lo que esperabamos. Asique asi quedamos quitt por ello .La animacion es poca casi nula para niños cuando estas fuera de temporada alta.

On the positive side, the room was very nice, the location was good, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

However, there were several important issues. There was no bathrobe in the room, the pool was very cold, and my feedback about this was not addressed. The food offered a wide variety, but the taste was not very good and, compared to other 5-star hotels in Belek, it was among the weakest. Additionally, there was no fully automatic coffee machine in the restaurant, which I would expect at this level.
Based on my experience with other 5-star hotels, this hotel does not meet the standards of a true 5-star property.

Evening events (bingo, music quiz)

Cons:

Booking.com was not updated to reflect all closures of the low season. We spent there 9 days, it was boring. Common areas were not very clean, for example restroom by the lobby bar. Playground is not safe there, the slide is very rusty. A lot of things covered in plastic throughout the territory.. it was not a good sight.

Хороший персонал. Номер хороший, чистый.. Хорошая територия, для семьи с детьми очень хорошое место, детский бассейн и детская площадка. В свободном доступе банная....

Cons:

Очень сольоная еда. Я как беременна, мне сложно было найти что-то мне подходящие, хотя выбор большой. Не убран пляж , так как не сезон в марте. Я это списываю на то что мы приехали не в сезон, это март с 9-16.

Hôtel très propre,personnel toujours disponible.
Pros:

L’établissement en lui même est très propre et le personnel est à l’écoute, souriant,(merci à Zeus, EFE, suleyman, Abdourahman, Ersin, Ikra et tous les autres dont nous avons oublié le prénom) . Très bien desservi par les Bus. En Mars ce n’est pas trop touristique donc appréciable pour s’y balader. Le buffet est grand et propose beaucoup de choix. Les sévices de l’hôtel sont excellents.

Cons:

L’eau de la piscine couverte reste très froide pour un bébé en bas âge. Nous sommes un peu loin de tout les autre «ville ».

Brak profesjonalizmu, czekam na Fakturę którą miałem otrzymać na adres email 6 dzień, a na prośbę kiedy ją otrzymam dostałem inforamcję że jestem w kolejce od 6 dni. Totalna amatorka

В целом отель оставил хорошее впечатление: чисто, комфортно, хороший детский аниматор, много семей с детьми. Именно поэтому мы и выбрали этот отель — он заявлен как семейный.

Однако после 9 января ситуация заметно изменилась: заехало очень много мужчин, часто находящихся в нетрезвом состоянии. Из-за этого стало некомфортно и тревожно отпускать детей одних — такие гости были повсюду и не вызывали доверия.

Считаю, что для отеля, позиционирующего себя как семейный, важно учитывать баланс гостей и безопасность детей.

Прекрасный отель. Отдыхали с 24.11 по 1.12. Понятно, что уже не сезон. Но жаль, что пирс был уже разобран. Все было прекрасно. Не скучно. Каждый вече шоу или концерт. Разнообразие блюд для меня лично зашкаливало. Я не все блюда попробовала. Персонал дружелюбный. Котики как бонус. Любила их гладить. ))) Жаль, что внешний бассейн не грелся, погода была вполне еще нормальная для купания. Но тем не менее, все понравилось. Даже гроза. )))) Незабываемое шоу молний, грома и ветра )

Можно было внешний бассейн подогреть.
