Gần bãi biển, tiện nghi , gần hội chơi bar ngoài trời cả sunworld chơi vui lắm nha moii người đi chơi về mệt còn được tiếp đón chu đáo hôm đi lỡ đổ trà ra giường gọi lễ tân phục vụ lên đúng 2s có mặt rất ấn tượng với khách sạn có cả bàn bi-a ksan giá rẻ mà rất xịn nha mọi ngưoi có dịp đi hạ long nhớ ghé thuê trải nhiệm nha lần sau lại tới hihi

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ gọn gàng tiện nghi và hiện đại . Nhân viên thân thiện hỗ trợ nhanh chóng . Giá cả hợp lí . Mình đặt trước còn được giảm giá và nhận thêm ưu đãi . Nằm ngay trung tâm nên đi chơi hay ăn uống cũng đều thuận tiện . Mình rất ưng ý khi đã đặt phòng ở khách sạn . Thả tim cho khach sạn

My experience at this hotel was truly awful.
At check-in, the front desk gave me the wrong room type – I had booked a double bed, but was given a twin room. After I reported it, they did move me to the correct room.
However, just a few hours later, while I was sleeping in the new room, a staff member suddenly opened my door and entered. I woke up shocked, and only then did the staff realize it was a mistake – but they said nothing and did not apologize.
Even worse, around 1:30 AM, the receptionist opened my room again and let another guest walk in. I felt completely unsafe.
I had no choice but to check out at 2 AM and find another hotel in the middle of the night. This was one of the most disturbing hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their staff training and start respecting guests’ safety and privacy.
