Natur die Ruhe und von Aussen sah das Hotel echt Hammer gut aus…wie auch grosse Terrasse Draußen. Personal maja 2 davon waren sehr Kompetent der eine Herr im Rezeption und eine Im Service.. wie auch der Herr wo Für Kutsche Verantwortlich war,er war sehr nett und bemühet uns Zu Helfen bei Fragen.
Mein Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht als wir zurückkamen um 15:30uhr Rief ich im Rezeption an und verlangte WC Papier,er war sehr Hilfreich und brachte es mir..aber Was ist das für ein Service Zimmer müssen Täglich gereinigt werden plus ja wir Brauchen auch neue Tücher usw. Das habe ich nicht verstanden aber ja kann evt.mal vorkommen.

-0 Informationen im Zimmer,für das ,dass es 5 Sterne Hotel ist,gibt nur in Rezeption Information wie wo was,im Zimmer gibts nichts keine Anweisung nichts.Keine Flachen Öffner,keine Bestellungen auf Zimmer nur auf Suiten oder Präsidenten Suit,finde ich sehr unfair und nicht angebracht.
Was Aktivitäten angeht nur das was das Hotel empfiehlt -also kein Wanderwege keine Beschreibung nichts.
Im Hotel stehen paar Bikes-Quat und Pferde Kutsche zu Verfügung. Die Damme im Wellnessbereich uuii wehe du gehts um 21:30 uhr den zeigt Sie dir mal den Aggressiven Blick und sagt dir du hast nur noch 20min Zeit ,obwohl es Heißt bis 22uhr.
Ich war 3Tage dort-aber es gab wenig Aktivitäten oder Anweisungen wo wie was man machen kann,nur die Strasse runter und Rauf laufen 🏃 finde ich Langweilig. Als Ausländer kennt man die Wanderwege nicht und Zonen wo man darf und nicht darf/kann wo gefahren sind usw.da gibts nix rein nix.. von Hotel aus keine Informationen nix.im Salz bad Bereich hat extrem gestunken.

wonderful nature, boring place.
Pros:

The view out side of the Hotel - the nature around the hotel - the coffee & sweets - the pasta from the restaurant.

Cons:

no entertainment its so boring place, there is no massage at the Spa.
our stay was during the world cup 2026 and we were very disappointed that there was no place in the Hotel showing the matches. There was no live broadcast in the restaurant, the cafe, the outdoor seating areas, or even the guests room!!! it was a major oversight for such a global big event.
