The staff behaviour- called my so many times despite telling them that i will come to the property,

First time in my life i have only liked one thing and that is location. Apart from this I didn’t liked anything.

The staff behaviour- called my so many times despite telling them that i will come to the property, and when i reached they cancelled my booking and then asked me double rates for the same room.

The furniture of the room along with cleaning- the bed was broken making so much sound even if i turn my side. The bathroom was having faul smell no toiletries was given.

Only the location.

Cons:

Room was noisy, privacy was compromised as the back door/balcony door having no lock. I bathed in cold water as there was limited. I got ill because of that. Buffet was also limited. Overall it was complete waste of money , time and enjoyment also.

Locatie is goed. 15min van Cyberhub en 25min van de luchthaven.
Kamer was ruim en proper.

Cons:

Warm water voor 30 seconden, nadien niet meer
Airco werkte niet.
Contact van stekker van haardroger werkt niet goed. Werkte enkel als je het handmatig op z’n plaats hield.
Eten was lekker. Maar was niet vers, kwam uit de diepvries
Ontbijt start pas om 8u, vroeger ontbijten was niet mogelijk. Niet handig voor een hotel dat dicht bij de luchthaven ligt.

Our stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend this place.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near the markets and the rooms are clean with a good view of the city.
The staff was welcoming and accommodating.
The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from.

Breakfast fast was good.

Location is very good, nearby to happening places and Metro station.

Cons:

Breakfast timings were upto 10 only.

By 9.45 am the buffet was almost empty.

Staff was hurriedly trying to close the counters.
