The location was good. The facilities in the room were okay for a few nights’ stay. The bellboys were good too.

Cons:

The senior manager at the reception was rude and unprofessional. I booked two separate rooms for two adults but had to wait over 40 mins for him and some of his staff to even understand the situation. My elderly mother was given a so called ‘executive suite’ where the AC didn’t work for 2 whole days out of 3. The lifts were not functional optimally. I had to take the stairs to reach my room on the 3rd floor. The entrance to the bathroom in the rooms is very haphazard as they’ve put a huge bar in between. The laundry wasn’t clean enough when I checked in. Though they have a restaurant, most of the time it was closed.
