Enjoyed the stay !
Pros:

Property was clean and located well. The address on booking.com is incorrect, so got a bit confused. But eventually the new location wasn’t bad.

Communication was also very good.

Cons:

The third floor is bit tight for space. Could have better instructions to connect wifi and TV. Also, would be good to have Netflix or similar on the TV.

The staircase is too narrow, making it a bit inconvenient. There are three bedrooms but only one bathroom and shower. None of the rooms have mirrors, and the bathroom amenities are incomplete.

Excellent place to stay, close to Okubo station
Pros:

Large house in a good area that is also quiet. Clean and modern. Close to several conbini and two grocery stores. Wide variety of excellent restaurants (also a Matsuya, CoCo Curry, and Torikozoku) in walking distance. 6 minute walk from Okubo station (1 stop to Shinjuku station).

Cons:

There could have been more cups, plates, silverware, and chopsticks. Not a lot of power outlets.

與朋友們一起出遊來說算是很好的房源，除了垃圾分類有點麻煩以外，也有許多區域打掃不盡人意，東西的擺放也都沒有規矩，弱能更整齊，東西都有定位肯定會更好

Nähe zu U-Bahn, leichte Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Klimaanlage wirkt gut. Betten bequem
Soweit alles sauber und in Ordnung. Gut funktionierendes WLAN.

Cons:

Sehr eng im ganzen Haus. Unteres Schlafzimmer kann man sich kaum umdrehen im Raum. Die Treppe kann nur von einer Person benutzt werden.
Übersetzung und/oder Darstellung in Englisch wäre hilfreich, z.B. bei Klimaanlage, WC und Müll.

excellent stay. We just want not to get charge twice on the cleaning fees.
Pros:

everything except the tv doesnt work. wish i could watch some NBA basketball playoffs.

Cons:

Wish the clothes washer does drying also. maybe it does but im not sure about the setting, we dont want to mess up the machine.

Pros:

Close to shops and cafes and the train station near can get you to everywhere in Tokyo

Cons:

Only hanging in the bedroom cupboard. Would be nice to have some drawers for clothes as well as the hangers.

Very pleasant and would stay here again :)
Pros:

It was walking distance from literally everything!! 20 mins to the red light district and only a 20 min car ride to shibuya. The neighborhood was really nice and the people were helpful. The host was very reachable and would respond very quickly. Overall a very great find and would recommend to others!

Cons:

I couldn’t name one thing that we hated.
