اولا السيدة مايسا لقد كانت في قمة اللطف والاحترام والترحاب حيث قدمت لنا ضيافة خاصة كل ليلة( يوسف افندي ومكسرات وفشار وفطائر وشاهي ) وابدت لنا حرصها علينا وحرصها على تلبية كل احتياجتنا .
ثانيا مكان الاقامة رائع جدا باطلالته وقربه للنهر والابتعاد كذلك عن صوت النهر القوي . اما محتويات الكوخ فقد كان نظيفاً دافئاً بوجود الموقد ومريحاً . كل الشكر للسيدة مايسا على حسن استقبالها .

Our family stay at Maysa Suites in Rize was simply outstanding! The moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made us feel completely at home.

The property is spotless, modern, and designed for comfort — perfect for families. Our suite had a stunning river view, and we enjoyed waking up every morning to the peaceful sound of flowing water and the beauty of Rize’s green hills.

The location is ideal — close enough to explore Rize and Ayder, yet quiet enough to relax and enjoy nature. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and parking is convenient.

كوخ جميل وراقي وحوله مزرعة شاهي ومطل على الجبل والنهر مع طاقم الخدمه حيث كانت عائلة مهتمه بالأكواخ والمكان جميل مع الإفطار التركي الجيد.الهدوء.

تعامل صاحبة الكوخ فوق الخيال كل شيء ممتاز

بصراحة المكان جميل مرره وعجبني حيل! من أول ما حجزنا كان فيه تجاوب سريع وما تأخروا علينا بشي، حسيت بالاهتمام من قبل حتى نوصل.
الطريق حق الكوخ سهل مرره وما يبعد إلا دقيقتين بالكثير عن الشارع العام، يعني ما تتعب وأنت واصل له.
والإطلالة شي ثاني! يطلّ على النهر. تسمع صوت الماي يجري بس بدون أي إزعاج ولا دوشة، تحس براحة نفسية.

المكان مرتب ونظيف حيل، وفيه تفاصيل صغيرة تخلّي جو الكوخ غير، تحس فعلاً إنك عايش تجربة كوخ على أصولها.
الإفطار كان فوق الخيال، متنوع وكمياته ما شاء الله كبيرة حيل، تاكل وتستانس.
السيدة ميساء إنسانة راقية وطيبة لأبعد حد، حسّيت إنها أضافت نكهة خاصة لزيارتنا. لبستني واحد من الأوشحة التركية الجميلة وصورت فيه أثناء الفطور، الصور طالعة خيال والله! جربنا نفطر يوم بالبلكونة ويوم بالساحة الخارجية، وكل مكان له جوه الخاص وإطلالة تاخذ العقل، كنا نفطر تحت شجرة العنب وصوت النهر حوالينا، شي ما يتعوّض.

حتى الجاكوزي في الغرفة بعد يوم طويل من الطلعات كان شي رهيب، يريح الجسم ويخلّيك تنسى التعب كله. باب الكوخ يفتح مباشرة على مزرعة الشاي حقت السيدة ميساء، وأكرمتنا وأعطتنا شاي زيزفون من مزرعتها كهدية.

بصراحة كل شي كان جميل وحلو فوق ما تخيلت، ولو إني أدري إن المكان بهالجمال كان حجزت مدة أطول.
تجربة استثنائية بمعنى الكلمة، وأنصح أي أحد ناوي يزور المنطقة يجرب كوخ ميسا، ما راح تندمون أبدًا.

Nice location, comfortable, clean and the family helpful , friendly, respectful and kindness. I recommend and especially for couples.

Our stay was just amazing. We definitely felt at home. Maysa and her daughter, Yildiz were so kind to us. We even spent a night hanging out with them. We loved our stay here so much. The Bungalov was fantastic (all new and woody). The river and mountain views were amazing. Breakfast was awesome. We got served tea anytime we requested during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back and stay longer.

Friendly family, good hospitality, nice view, tide & clean bungalov. Highly recommended and for sure would love to come again.

The location is imaginative in the mountain and in front of a beautiful view. In front of the river, romantic, quiet and warm, The owner of the place, Mrs. Maysa, is one of the kindest people of God. She cares about everything. The breakfast is delicious. It will definitely be my only destination around Rize

I like the property shape .. facilities in side .. the traditional bungalo shape .. modern equipped in side ...the place location very close to every where .. between the forest and tea plantations .
The staff were very friendly and helpful .. especially the young lady Setar and here mother . For me it's highly recommended for a nice .. calm stay.
