Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Lagune ist wunderbar. Und auch die Zimmer der gepflegte Garten.

Cons:

Uns hat erstaunt, dass amerikanisches Frühstück nur Kaffee (ohne Milch), Toast mit Butter und Marmelade sowie etwas Obst ist. Davon hätten wir dann auch mehr als eine Portion haben können.

Pros:

Es hermosa enfrente de la laguna!! Muy amable el anfitrión y la recamara hermosa ! De la terminal de ADO llegas caminando

Cons:

El desayuno podrían hacerlo un poco más extenso, también siento que faltan en el muelle camastros y columpios como los otros hoteles

La habitación está muy bien y el hotel bonito

Cons:

No cuenta ni con una cocineta donde calentar o preparar. Y el desayune ofrecen solo es fruta y cafe, no es el desayuno americano q publican y si tiene habré te ofrecen pan bimbo hasta llenarse

Vue imprenable Face a la lagune.calme.proximite du centre 10 minutes a pied.
Le personnel est au top.mention spéciale a Jorge qui est aux petits soins avec vous

Endroit paisible, séjour agréable, très belle vue sur la lagune. On le recommande fortement.
Pros:

Jorge est très attentionné, il a répondu positivement à toutes nos demandes. Il nous a organisé une excursion en bateau avec d’autres clients de l’hôtel. Ce fut très apprécié. Les déjeuners sont bons, il y a beaucoup de fruits et les toast et le café à volonté.

L’emplacement au calme, face à la lagune, est magnifique Le jardin est très bien entretenu Il est très agréable
Le personnel, notamment Gorge, est super avec un accueil chaleureux !
On déjeune dans le jardin avec une jolie vue sur la lagune.

Pros:

Der direkte Zugang zur Lagune war wunderbar. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Nähe zum Zentrum war ideal, es war alles fuessläufig erreichbar. Der Wasserdruck war super.

Cons:

Das Bett respektive die Matratze von Zimmer 3 war durchgelegen. Wir haben nicht gut geschlafen, weil man jede Feder spürte. In den 4 Nächten, wurde des Zimmer nicht einmal gereinigt noch der Müll entsorgt.

Pros:

The location is great, the view from the bedroom is very nice and the garden is a little paradise.
The staff is very kind.

Cons:

Spring mattresses are uncomfortable.
Breakfast needs variation, fresh fruit are great but it lacks yogurt or egg proposition.

Pros:

Schöne und gepflegte kleine Anlage direkt am Wasser. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und immer um unser Wohlergehen bemüht (Kommunikation eher nur auf Spanisch). Man kann kostenlos ein Kajak oder Stand up Padddel ausleihen und es werden Touren in die Lagune angeboten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr basic (Toast, Marmelade, Früchte), das war für uns in Ordnung, die Erwartungen sollten aber nicht zu hoch sein.

Der Pool war weniger einladend, dafür kann man direkt in der Lagune baden.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Mini fridge was handy. The staff were excellent!! Quiet location, easy walk to restaurants, town centre etc. Helped organize boat trip from nearby dock. Good continental breakfast (though for price a full breakfast would be appropriate).

Cons:

Although I had a great stay, I feel like the price point is a bit high. The waterfront would be more appealing if not taken up by docks and boats. Not appealing to swim with fuel residue.

La vue est sans aucun doute le plus de l'hôtel.
Hôtel intimiste et calme avec un personnel disponible.
Chambre propre et assez spacieuse avec vue sur la lagune.
Possibilité de faire du canoë et du paddle

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très sobre (pain de mie et fruits frais) qui demanderait à être amélioré.
Un second canoë ou un canoë kayak
serait l'idéal

Pros:

De lokatie was prima. Heel mooi aan het meer, met een aanlegsteiger zodat je er kon zwemmen, leuke tuin en ontbijtplek. Niet al te ver van het centrum.

Cons:

De bedden waren heel slecht, hoofdkussens van beton. Schoonmaken gebeurt er nauwelijks. Na aankomst hebben ze na klachten van ons de vloer schoon gemaakt/ gedweild. Daarna is er 3 dagen niets meer gebeurd. Er is totaal geen sfeer en dat is jammer. De dames van het ontbijt waren overigens erg aardig. Ontbijt is fruit en toast met jam en honing.

Un lugar increíble donde relajarse y disfrutar
Pros:

Hotel precioso, con una vista al lago que es simplemente espectacular. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y el personal fue siempre súper servicial y amable, dispuestos a ayudar en lo que necesitáramos. El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico y completo. Además, tiene piscina y un jardín hermoso, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. Un gran plus es que ofrecen kayak y pádel surf de cortesía, lo que hace la experiencia todavía mejor. Sin dudas, un lugar totalmente recomendable para disfrutar Bacalar.

Établissement au bord de l eau. Personnel agréable discret et disponibles.
La seul chose a savoir . Si vous souhaitez que qqu passe pour le ménage il faut demander.

Great choice if you want to rest or be within walking distance of main businesses. Great staff
Pros:

Great place to stay close to the center and within walking distance to most places. Beautiful view of the lagoon. The staff was always very nice and accommodating. George was the greatest! Quiet place to rest.

Cons:

The mattress needs to be replaced in room 4, it wasn’t as comfortable as it could be. The pool is pretty small for adults, but if the weather permits it’s decent.
