Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wir sind im Urlaub immer mit Fahrrädern unterwegs, sind einiges gewöhnt. Uns sind folgende Dinge wichtig: Sauberkeit, Dusche und einigermaßen gutes Bett. In 19 Jahren musste ich eine Unterkunft noch nie so schlecht bewerten. Wir hatten Zimmer 5 mit Terrasse im Haupthaus. Die Bilder hier sind alt! Das Zimmer schmudelig, nicht sauber, die Klimaanlage extrem laut, so dass sie nachts nicht eingeschaltet werden kann. Lautstärke ist zu vergleichen mit einem Haarfön. Eingesteckt ist sie mit einem freiliegenden Verlängerungskabel am Boden. Sobald in der Küche darunter gekocht wird, stinkt es derart in dem Zimmer nach Gekochtem. Das einzige Licht ist eine Tischlampe beim Bett. Die Terrasse ebenso herunter gekommen, obwohl man eigentlich einen mehr oder weniger schönen Ausblick hätte, wenn man auf der Terrasse ist. Vom Zimmer aus hat man leider keinen Blick aufs Meer, weil die Fenstergläser von außen schwarz, von innen bunt mit Mustern blickdicht bemalt sind. Das Bett extrem weich, es lagen 2 Matratzen übereinander.
Es gab erst auf nachfragen Toilettenpapier. Und die absolute Krönung war, dass das Wasser am Abend abgestellt wurde! Händewaschen oder Toilettenspülung ging daher nicht! Ein nächtlicher Toilettengang blieb bis am morgen in der Schlüssel! Auf Bitten wurde am frühen Morgen das Wasser angestellt... Duschen ging mit kaltem Wasser. (Für uns ok).
Das Essen ist ok, das Besteck nicht sauber. Die ganze Anlage ist einfach unordentlich, schmudelig und herunter gekommen. Für 80 USD eine absolute Frechheit. Bei einem Preis von 5 oder 10 USD hätte ich nicht so viel aussetzen können.

La habitación no es lo que promete,pedí cama doble y solo me dieron una personal,el agua te la cortan y tenés que estar pidiendo que la instalen para poder hacer algo,el lugar está bastante deteriorado,el desayuno 5/10

Location is awful 😖
Pros:

Breakfast was fair nothing fancy but they could improve more. Francis was very nice and friendly and always willing to make us feel comfortable. The crew was also very nice and polite. The room was nice and comfortable The beds nice, needs more illumination inside rooms.

Cons:

Location is far away of pochomil beaches. You have no access to beaches this side of the sea. You have to travel 5km back and forward to get life. When I booked didn't say that it was located at Old Pochomil, the road is Terrible and very dark at night. We moved next day to pochomil beach loosing what we paid.

A nice getaway for a couple of days.
