Enjoyed the room
Everything good and reasonable according to price
Its location, quiet and peaceful
Breakfast was good but not much variety or choice of fruit .
The cleaness and the location
Anything was excellent, except slow and very unstable WiFi. The room is large and quiet, noise isolation excellent, aircon works good, staff is very pleasant and helpful, even taxi rates at hotel are good and not too overpriced.
Slow and very unstable WiFi (I've traveled for work thus needed it). I've had esim internet, but the mobile network level was insufficient in the rooms.
The rooms were clean and neat, the apperance was very good.
As of now nothing.
The staff was friendly and professional, Was polite and quick to respond. Appreciate Dennis , prompt and very friendly. Overall a good stay. Highly Recommended
Ths cab services can be more reasonable
And with more options to travel
No local property brake fast poor
Noooo kabhi nahi
Price - Food
Upon arrival, I was checked into a different room as it was the only one available, and I had to pay extra for that night. The following day, I was moved to another room which was smaller and lacked basic amenities such as a fridge, which was disappointing.
Additionally, arranging transportation through the hotel was inconvenient, as taxis took a long time to arrive and were often not on time.
Clean and decent friendly staff.
The staffs are very friends and helped in all kinda of transport help
Lunch is not that good in curry pot.
Location is incredible, steps from Dona Paula waterfront; and the rooms are always clean & comfortable.
This is second time I've stayed and experienced poor customer service. I wanted to give them a second chance after the first bad experience, because of the great location and nice rooms. But they don't seem to know how to treat solo female travelers -- I received a faulty scooter rental the first time, and this time I was told the colleague I booked the room with was not allowed to enter my room because he was male. After I returned to the room alone, they called me and knocked on my door past 10pm at night, to count the number of guests I had in my room (I'd paid for 3 of us to stay there). If you're going to morally police your guests, you should say so upfront, and not take our money first.
