Perfectly relaxing, quite stay in the back of the resort. Clean and comfortable - friendly staff!
Pros:

Easy to access, wonderful community feel with families and other guests in the common areas.
On site staffing was super friendly and accomodating!
Short walks to the river and botanical gardens.

Cons:

Would love to see cold drinks offered in the front store - beer and wine.
Pool was super cold! I think it runs off of a actual spring?!

Great stay in a town with some waterfall hikes and an excellent jump off to many more!

We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet mountain getaway.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful forest and nature. It was the perfect location for exploring Mount Shasta, nearby lakes, waterfalls, and hiking trails.

The property felt peaceful and private, and we appreciated how easy the check-in process was. It was a great place to relax and disconnect while still being close to many outdoor attractions.

Cons:

A couple of minor things to note: there was no wardrobe or closet space for clothing, and the train occasionally passed by during the night, which woke us up a few times. However, the hosts thoughtfully provided earplugs, which was a nice touch.

Pros:

The proximity to the Botanical Gardens was a bonus and surprising how lovely they were - the variety of plants and trees and located in a dell along the river was wonderful. Very peaceful. We enjoyed the mid century design of the inn.

Cons:

The community area and pool were not accessible due to some maintenance projects. Also, the mosquitoes were a bit rough so suggest you bring some repellent.

The location near the highway, river and Botanical gardens was perfect! We had access to so many beautiful walking trails. Self-check in was simple, convenient and easy.

No food on sight or within walking distance. Not enough creamer available for the coffee.
