Siamo rimasti delusi dalla camera: dalle foto sembrava molto più grande di quanto non fosse in realtà. La stanza era piccola, con una scaffalatura minima dove riuscivamo a malapena ad appoggiare le nostre cose. Abbiamo avuto continui problemi con lo scarico dell’acqua della doccia e l’ultima notte l’abbiamo purtroppo passata in compagnia di uno scarafaggio, decisamente poco piacevole.
Durante il soggiorno ci sono stati anche giorni molto ventosi e piovosi: l’aria fredda entrava dalle finestre nonostante fossero chiuse. Inoltre, l’assenza dell’aria condizionata o di un sistema per riscaldare la stanza si è fatta sentire, così come la mancanza di un asciugacapelli, cosa poco comprensibile considerando il clima fresco e piovoso della zona.
A peggiorare il tutto, il piumone fornito presentava una bruciatura da sigaretta.
Alla luce di questa esperienza, non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

Pros:

The staff, close to restaurants.

Cons:

The bed was horrible, I never slept. My fault, I didn’t know this was a hostel. I was told to pick something quickly and I did.

Mit etwas mehr Liebe der Betreiber zu ihrem Objekt, wär’s ein toller Ort.
Pros:

Die Dusche war richtig warm, sehr wichtig in diesen kühlen Höhen.
Das Zimmer kam sauber, jedoch gab’s für die drei Tage keine housekeeping.

Cons:

Anstrich blättert, was den Eindruck einer billigen Absteige erweckt.
Sehr ringhörig.
Frühstück gerade noch ok.

Sehr zentrale Lage Nahe Supermarkt und Restaurants
Leckeres Frühstück mit Auswahl zwischen Joghurt mit Obst und Reis mit Bohnen und Rührei
Tolles sauberes Zimmer, heiße Dusche, netter Garten

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption kann bei Fragen kaum weiterhelfen.
Küche viel zu klein und schlecht ausgestattet für die Anzahl an Gästen.
Wenig Sitzplätze fürs Frühstück und kein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum.
Keine Möglichkeit zu waschen und kaum Stauraum im Zimmer, auch keine Kleiderhaken.

Pros:

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the shower is great, and the guests seem mindful of the paper thin walls.

Breakfast is fine but basic, with two options: a typical breakfast or sweet yogurt with granola and fruit.

Cons:

Aside from a very friendly and welcoming young French-Canadian, the rest of the staff felt indifferent. Questions were answered, but often followed by staff immediately returning to their laptop screens, giving the impression that guests were an interruption rather than a priority.

The coffee is not drinkable.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, die Lage war sehr zentral, Frühstück war den Preis angemessen. Man kann auch einen gemeinsamen Kühlschrank benutzen, das war sehr hilfreich.

Cons:

Trotz, oder wegen, zentraler Lage sehr laut.
