Fijn verblijf gehad!

- gezellige plek, monteverde is ook erg leuk
- vriendelijk personeel
- ontbijt is geregeld. Twee keuzes: yoghurt of casado
- fijne kamer met badkamer. Schoon beddengoed.

Restful, secure and great location, beds and warm shower
Pros:

Wonderful location, and nice big rooms.
Comfy bed and good bathrooms/shower
Great front end staff made everything easy and was responsive (Fabián)
Very quiet and restful

Cons:

Not the most social, most people kept to themselves but I hear thats typical of monteverde no just this hostel, older crowd on average

Find another place.
Pros:

The location is the best part of the hotel. The shower was hot.

Cons:

The rooms. I had an upper room with cement floor that was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned properly and was cold. On windy days (all of them while I was there) the door banged and the windows rattled so needless to say, had very little sleep for the week. For what they charge for rooms, they could update this place and make it much nicer. Breakfast had two options only and the coffee was undrinkable. I would not stay here again.

Amazing staff, great location, a little uncomfortable sleeps
Pros:

Staff 10/10, absolutely lovely and very helpful. Great location too

Cons:

Quite uncomfortable bed especially the pillows and very creaky so struggled to get to sleep
