Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war bei allen Fragen und Tourenbuchungen sehr hilfsbereit. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Eigenes Kochen war möglich. Das Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Aufenthaltsbereich war einladend eingerichtet. Es gab genügend Tische mit Stühlen und sogar 3 kleine Sofas, auf denen man gut. Sitzen und lesen konnte.

Es gibt absolut nichts zu verbessern!

La cama era cómoda al menos la litera esa alta.la ubi bien para ser monteverde ya q no es grande y son dos calles ahhahahahah

El personal...las chicas parece q les cueste contestar y te meten prisas ...cierran 21:00 h recepción si no llegas te quedas en la calle ...ni comer ni nada en la calle.y pierdes el dinero ..x suerte llegamos a tiempo pero nos empezaron a cerrar todo de las instalaciones y no pude ni calentar mi comida...no te explican nada tienes q estar detrás preguntando... seguramente la mayoría son voluntarias pero deberían estar más por las personas ...yo no volvería y mira q llevo viajando por aquí 15 días y este el peor para mí por el trato y el recibimiento..ahhh y pedimos el traslado para ir a arenal y pusieron q me dejaban en un hotel q no era el mío sjsjsjs en fin...son un desastre ni me preguntó y puso lo q quiso ahsjsjajs x cierto el bar amigos te clava un 23%mas a la cuenta al final ajajajaja y la comida mala ...la carne estaba dura noooo lo siguiente jajaja pero el señor justo q pone q hace carne para llevar al lado bufff brutal y el pollo q venden 2 piezas jjusto enfrente la pensión santa elena riquísimo de verdad y sale 3000 colone

コスパ最高です。建物は古く、老朽化していますが、室内は広く、メンテナンスが行き届いての快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方々の対応が親切で丁寧なので、困ることがなく、安心して過ごせました。本当に感謝しています。
