Close to everything
Pros:

Nice hotel, a bit dated. The grounds are nice, the refreshing and clean. Shower was hot. I did cook some of my meals. The kitchen has the basics. The bedding was soso, polyester bedspread slides off in the night. Good value. I spent 5 nights there. A bit of noise on Friday night from the street. Close to the new bus terminal which worked out well for me.

Cons:

No knifes. No pot with a lid. Hardly enough equipment to prepare a meal. They do have some long term rentals, maybe those units are better equipped.

Room came with only beach towels no other towels in room.
A/C unit was somehow programmed to come on at 4:00 am had to get up and shut it off both nights

Please beware it shows nice but you will regret it.
Pros:

The location was great close to the beach and the bus stop.

Cons:

It was dirty, old, water faucets needed to be repaired, unable to use the safe because the boss had the key it was not key pad activated. There were no amenities like soap, shampoo or conditioner. The sliding door which faced the street did not lock. Staff showed me other rooms but none of the sliding glass doors locked. Was offered a room in the new section but it also had the same problem.

Wonderful relaxing stay!
Pros:

The pool is amazing and the staff kept the pool and complex very clean. Location was great and the staff were very nice.

Cons:

The beds are hard. It would be nice if the room came with face cloth, hand towels, dish cloth and tea towels.
