Every things was perfect
lobby mann was very rude and uneducated syrian .It took half an hour to get to our room. They didn't give us breakfast at 7:30 in the morning and said it would be breakfast at 8:00. The shower was broken and the bed had bugs.too much noice in the room

The lighting of the room must be improved
There was one young lad who worked there and who was friendly and helpful.
My initial room had water streaming from the extractor fan, in the ceiling of the bathroom. When I politely reported it the 'friendly' member of staff, he got grumpy. In addition, the towel hooks were hanging off the wall and were under the streaming water. The air conditioning made a terrible noise. There were no shelves or drawers in which to put my clothes. I had to ask to move to a new room.
Room 2 was dry but again no shelves or cupboards.
My friend's room had a large hole in the headboard and again had no drawers or shelves.
I have stayed in hostels which are in much better condition than this hotel. I don't mind basic but this hotel is not being maintained, even at a basic level.
I am not even going to detail the poor breakfast except to say that the bread was brought out cupped in the hands of one of the staff each time it was running low.
Absolutely nothing. The hotel was disgusting and the worst I have ever been to in a third world country
Bed was bad, no cold air conditioning, mould in shower, no air so had to leave the window open which led to the roof and was a major security risk

I requested two separate beds. The request was accepted, and they mailed me back saying it would be fulfilled. But they never kept their promise.
Really Nothing
All things, starting from reception until check out. Dirty carpet and bad smell in the rooms, smoking smell at every where. Staff are not professional, furniture is old and broken. anyway bad experiance. next time I will pay in other place littel extra more for high serveses.
