Pros:

Olağanüstü bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Azerbaycan misafirperverliği gerçekten çok güzeldi. Resepsiyondan başlayayım; Canbolat Bey ve Sultan Bey harikaydı. Sorunlarımızla anında ilgilendiler, çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydüler.

Odalara gelecek olursam, bence otelin en güzel yanı kesinlikle odalardı. Gerçekten geniş ve ferahlardı. Yatak çarşafları ve havlular tertemizdi, düzenli olarak değişiyordu. Her gün oda temizliği yapılıyordu ve temizlik ekibi de çok iyi insanlardı. Banyoda duş jelleri ve şampuanlar hiç eksik olmuyordu, ayrıca diş fırçası ve tek kullanımlık macun da ikram ediyorlardı. Sabunlar ve tuvalet kağıtları da sürekli yenileniyordu. Odalarla ilgili en ufak bir sorun yaşamadık. Hayatımızda kaldığımız en rahat ve konforlu otel odasıydı diyebilirim.

Restoran kısmına gelince, kahvaltıları çok iyiydi. Her sabah doyasıya yedik. Menü fiyatları da dışarıdaki yerlere göre normaldi, yemekler tertemiz olduğu için dışarı çıkmaya gerek kalmıyor. Burada Azer ve Muhammed adında iki genç çalışan vardı. Çok yardımsever, güler yüzlü ve çalışkandılar. Tüm misafirlere karşı nazik davranıyorlardı, onlara ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Yemeklerin bu kadar lezzetli olmasında elbette aşçıların da büyük emeği vardı, onlara da teşekkürler.

Otelin konumu da harikaydı. Metroya çok yakın ve oldukça güvenli bir bölgede yer alıyor. Elçiliklerin olduğu bir sokakta ve 24 saat polis bulunması büyük bir artı. Bakü zaten güvenli bir şehir ama sokakta ekstra polis olması insana ekstra huzur veriyor. Anatolia Otel'in bulunduğu sokaklar gerçekten çok emniyetli, bu da seyahat edenler için çok önemli bir detay.

Kısacası konaklamamız şahaneydi. Bu şahane deneyimi yaşatan ise tüm otel çalışanlarıydı. Adını soramadığımız herkesten özür dilerim. Umarım tekrar geliriz ve yine burada konaklarız.
