upgrade without extra charge
Pros:

I was traveling alone and had booked a standard room. When I mentioned that a colleague would be visiting me the next morning and that we would need to work on a computer together, I asked if an extra chair could be provided. The hotel staff kindly upgraded me to a larger room with two chairs free of charge.

Très bon séjour, on recommande l'hôtel
Pros:

Emplacement assez proche gare, et proche marchés, magasins, restaurant. Petite ville donc tout facilement accessible à pied (rando possible à proximité).
Chambre bien isolée (phonétiquement et thermiquement), propre, bien équipée et décorée avec goût. L'écran TV est gigantesque et un PC est disponible (Non utilisé).

Cons:

L'escalier en bois pour l'accès à l'ascenseur mérite une rénovation (nous sommes passée par le parking voiture juste à côté).
En arrivant, aller au 2eme étage pour l'accueil (mériterait d'être noté dans l'ascenseur)

Overall really good
Pros:

The location was good, easy to take bus to Jikjisa temple, can take the bus to go the train station
Everything was clean, shower was clean and well equipped
The staff speaks english and is very helpful and nice
Close to the train station but careful : 15 minutes walk can take longer with luggage and weather
Full media service with two computers, TV, with streaming services and internet access

Cons:

The surroundings felt a bit quiet at night, was not that easy to find a restaurant.
