Cons:

I agree with the other review about not looking inside the pillow cover. It was traumatising. The whole room was dirty and there was a big square hole in the wall below the ceiling between the next room so when that guest kept the light on all nights, it lit up my whole room. Also him hacking and coughing non stop for an hour sounded like it was next to me despite my earplugs. Also why is there an old non working telephone on a shelf right above a pillow so I couldn’t sleep on one side of the bed? They gave me water on arrival then tried to charge me for it on checkout.
