Relaxing get away with comfortable surroundings.
Pros:

Great location and excellent views from window, relaxing and calm atmosphere. Staff friendly and accommodating, close by to town centre. Unfortunately did not experience breakfast. Otherwise would recommend for a peaceful get away.

Cons:

There was no dining experience as restaurant not in use and small bar quite pricey for a drink.

Very enjoyable staying in pleasant surroundings.
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I had dinner on 2 nights and was very pleased with the quality, quantity and variety each night. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

I would have loved a mug for tea in my room instead of the cup and saucer, but that is my personal choice.

Pros:

Location of hotel was good, close to the ferry terminal. Only had breakfast on 1 day. Small room not set up on my last day to serve breakfast for private guests and staff were busy with 2 coach parties. I went out for breakfast.

Cons:

Would have preferred dinner to be served at an earlier time.

Scenery was lovely but wouldn’t book there again sorry
Pros:

The view really although we faced into a run down car park

Cons:

Parts of the hotel were dirty our room didn’t gave a phone for reception or menus for breakfast and dinner . Hotel was quite noisy. We were phoned when we were out asking us to move our car as a coach was coming in. Then it jammed us in for the night.

Used to be a lovely hotel
Pros:

No bedding on the two beds no towels The previous peoples rubbish still in the bin im not a picky person far from it bit felt let down wasn't cheap stayed there 4 years ago and it was lovely bit I woylsnt again.

Our room, deluxe it was not , could not use shower or bath , due to being elderly with mobility issues, it was so small if there had been an emergency, and I had fallen no one would have been able to get the door open ,

Cons:

Placed into the worst room I have ever stayed in. Next to reception and toilets for use by everyone.
Noise level of ppl coming and going was horrendous little to no rest.
