Cheap, cheerful excellent location, and better than I expected!
Pros:

Location - great. Breakfast - not relevant, though had pick of the places at the centre of Warragul.

Cons:

Nothing - exceeded my expectations - it was not luxury but it was cheap and cheerful and more than what I expected for the price. Great Value. Could even have prepared my breakfast there if it had been necessary. As it was after returning from my breakfast seminar at the hospital, I sat in the common area with a coffee and planned my morning on my iPad sitting at a table. Not luxury but appropriate! And Great Value!

Great stay during snow festival
Pros:

Close to Warragul city centre & train station. Very comfortable to sleep & clean. My second time now, will be back hopefully!

Amazing staff, comfortable stay for affordable price.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing in helping us short notice as we were travelling to visit a sick family member. So helpful and understanding. The facilities were very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Shared bathrooms, but this is stated in the listing so wasn’t a shock.

Central and compact
Pros:

Very central. Had all the supplies needed plus the kitchenette 2 doors away.

Cons:

The room and head of the bed was on one of the streets and the window frame outside is lit up with festival lights. Mattress was filled with coil wires i felt on every movement.

Cheap and clean in centre of town. Shared kitchen, lounge, toilets and showers. Nice linen & shower

i loved the sheets, linen and towels. Fantastic location. Shared bathroom was inconvenient but the shower and products in there were fantastic. The food downstairs was great.

Cons:

Cheap coil sprung mattress. Shared facilities make it cheaper but is an inconvenience. Share lounge/tv, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. One shower had a broken lock on the door so could not be secured. Feels more like a rooming house.
