Dissapointing and does not meet expectations
Cons:

Where to start? Very dissapointing hotel. Food was tasteless, cold and unhygienic. The handling of the food was terrible and flies everywhere. Description of hotel says 4* but is 3* at max. Cleaning staff enters room early in the morning without knocking while we were changing. Sheets were never changed and floors poorly cleaned, toilet isnt cleaned at all durning the stay either. It says free wifi but upon arrival you are greeted with 300MB per room and after that you must pay for more wifi. My towel was stolen at the beach, and the hotel expected me to compensate 15€ for the towel that was taken from their private beach. Pictures are not of the hotel, but of the sister hotel next to it which is misleading. Staff is very rude and not service minded or helpful at all. After checking out we had a few hours before leaving for the airport, and the staff treated us as unwanted and like we shouldnt be there after we no longer are ”paying” to be there. Very dissapointing and not worth the money at all.

Minden rendben volt,az ételek lehettek volna kicsit változatosak,de nem maradtunk éhesek.Szép helyen fekszik a szálloda,maga a szálloda területe is nagyon szép.

Cons:

A személyzet egy kicsivel lehetne barátságosabb a nem orosz vendégekkel is.

Has many features, all of poor quality
Pros:

Close enough to the beach, great view of the mountains. The pools were clean and there were activities for children

Cons:

Rooms are not clean, some things are broken/rusty.
The mattress and the pillows are low quality.
Bathroom: the shower spills all over the place as there is no curtain or door, the gel and shampoo are unpleasant. There is no holder for soap or clothes.
The internet is paid: $10 per device for 3 days. Connecting another device requires payment and help from an administrator.
Food: looks like a lot of choice but everything is tasteless and looks like it's made of the cheapest possible ingredients. All salads are practically lettuce and carrot. Meat made me question its origins.
It's 99% Russian oriented: most music and people are Russian

Отель подуставший, недостатки есть, но в целом не критично, на второй день их замечаешь меньше.
Pros:

Разнообразие еды, достаточно большая территория, несколько бассейнов, большой ресторан, дневные и вечерние развлекательные программы.

Cons:

Грязновато, ковровая дорожка в коридоре на 2-м этаже 6-го блока с дыркой и с большим зеленым пятном, сколы на дверях, стенах, отсутствие жидкого мыла в установленных на стенах диспенсерах, нет одноразовой зубной пасты, щетки, волосы на мебели, в момент заселения не было воды (но ее можно взять в ресторане бесплатно) и тек душ, душ отремонтировали (за это спасибо), одноразовые шампунь и гель для душа не очень, но самое главное - платный интернет - (1 день 5 евро, 3 дня 10 евро).
Да, чуть не забыл, при заселении обязательно указывайте кто будет заселяться в номер, так как без указания этого в гости к вам никто придти не сможет, охрана не пускает даже в лобби. Как по мне это странно, но это во всех отелях в которых все включено по всей видимости в Турции

Да и в целом Гёйнюк это место в котором одни отели, кроме пляжа и отелей пойти особо некуда. Если цель отдыха - нахождение в отеле, то да, это неплохой вариант. А если есть желание вечером пройтись, то лучше заселяться в отели в самом городе (Кемер) в котором можно прогуляться

Pros:

The food was ok.

Cons:

All I expected to do there was to meet my parents calmly and to relax, but it wasn't possible in the Eldar Garden Hotel. There was an annoying individual who advertised massage services in an impudent manner. I've never experienced it before in Turkey. Apart from that, there's no free WI-FI. There is a paid option, but it is not worth it.

We were very satisfied
Pros:

Position : The beach is closer , next to the bus stop
The inside of the hotel is very beautiful and an amazing atmosphere
Room is cozy and comfortable
There are several pools, large
Very nice Beach, delicious snack
Hotel staff are Friendly
The food is so delicious and various dishes , desserts, salad

Cons:

Grilled meat is every day very fried, cold
The beach is not cleaned (plastic,Cigarette trash )every day is same
Children's animation is the same every day, the same songs ,same conversations
Fruits are few and the same every day
Room cleaning is not cleaned well 5/10

If you are Russian go for it, super nice for them.
Pros:

View was beautiful.

Cons:

Seems like 99% are Russian. Food was not turkish at all . Seemed like food also made for russian people. All music was Russian. It was a mistake to book the hotel.

Nice position, but of the last three resorts we visited in the last three years, this is the worst.
Pros:

Position is very good, the background view of the mountains was very nice. The all-inclusive concept of the resort allows you to have food and beverages almost no-stop from 7 in the morning to 1 in the night.

Cons:

General hygiene was poor to awful. Cleaning of the room and of the common dining areas, in particular of the dishes an cutlery was terrible, often presenting traces of previous food. They served a lot of food, but almost never was of good quality (compared to other same-level same-cost resorts in Turkey we visited in the past two years). Olives and cheese that were only salt, bread that was fresh one day, and old for the next two... only grilled things were usually good - all the rest was cooked elsewere and brought cold, and if not consumed all, presented again in the next meals. The space at the beach is tiny compared to the number of guests, so it's crowded to the point to be unuseable.

Exceptional
Pros:

Amazing animations, in several languages so everyone can participate. The hotel was immaculate. The mountain views were gorgeous from any point of the hotel.

That my vacation wasnt long enough, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECF.
