Pros:

Чудесный гостевой дом, красивая ухоженная территория, есть детская площадка. Номер чистый и просторный, кровать удобная. Персонал и хозяин очень гостеприимные, ощущение, что приехали к хорошим знакомым. Вкусный и сытный завтрак

Cons:

В нашем номере был очень холодный пол, прямо ледяной. Мы были в несезон (март), отопление включают в номерах непосредственно перед приездом гостей, поэтому в начале может быть прохладно.

Попали в такой период, что из гостей были только мы с девушкой и наслаждались природой, тишиной и спокойствием, полная перезагрузка. Завтраки - два дня не могли съесть больше половины, уже наедались, все очень вкусно! Нам накрывали стол, будто мы пришли на свидание, большая вам благодарность! Номер был с панорамными окнами, вид шикарный, чувствал всю мощь нашей земной природы смотря на эти горы
Вечер с костром, картошкой, разговорами запомнится надолго в душе! Сергей - вы очень добрый, мудрый человек, спасибо вам и вашим напутствиям, советам на жизнь!

Our stay at Dilivita Rest House was absolutely amazing!
From the very first moment, the host welcomed us with such kindness and hospitality that it truly felt like home. The location is stunning and peaceful — perfect for relaxation and also convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

The food was delicious and freshly made 🍴, exactly what we needed after a long day. The whole place has a warm, cozy vibe, and everything is set up with care and attention to detail.

Pros:

Располагается в селе Гош, в отдалении от автомобильной дороги в живописном месте - пение птиц, зелень гор, природа и тишина. В 15 минутах ходьбы - великолепный монастырь Гошаванк.
Небольшая, но продуманная, эргономичная, уютная территория. Есть даже включаемый искусственный водопад)
Внимательный персонал и гостеприимный хозяин, вовлеченный в общение с гостями и их комфорт. Вечером посиделки у костра, знакомство и общение с другими гостями, угощение вином и чаем от хозяина.
Есть ресторан, в котором можно не только позавтракать, но и поужинать (до 20:00). Завтрак полноценный, вкусный, свежий с зеленью, фруктами, овощами.
Номер, белье, полотенца - чистые, есть антимоскиные сетки, т.к. очень приятно спать с открытыми окнами. Есть небольшая собственная терраска со столиком. Вид из окна на горы и закат - шикарный. В номере - чайник, вода, чай, фен, холодильник с мини-баром.

Cons:

Номер для семьи из 4-х человек со взрослыми детьми - тесноватый, только поставить рюкзаки и разместиться на кроватях. Но на одну ночь - это не доставило дискомфорта.

Местоположение отличное. Вид просто шикарный с любого уголка гостиницы. Завтрак шведский стол. Всё очень вкусно и достаточно много выбора. Очень понравился хозяин - дедушка Сережа, в 9 часов зажгли костер, были угощения от дедушки Сережи: вино, коньяк, чай, печенье, хурма. Приятно побеседовали, очень интересно провели время. В это место хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

Loved the location. A bit hard to reach, but a perfect spot to get your mind off of everything and enjoy the beautiful Armenian nature.

Cons:

While the property was beautiful, clean and had an amazing location and view, the host was quite overbearing. He has a big personality, is very pushy with the guests joining his “evening fires” that he organizes every night.

On top of that, he wasn’t very considerate with our personal space and freedom (asking personal questions, talking about his own life and struggles without being prompted, etc). He made it a bit hard for me and my grandma to fully enjoy our stay. If you can avoid him, you’ll have a great time in Gosh.
