Pros:

Many things to do for kids like sport hall with many activities, bigger pool, gaming rooms (table tennis, pinbal, table soccer); as there amany families kids have companions to play with; there is frequent hotel bus service to and from cable cars/train station. good value for money

Cons:

visiting external restaurants is a hike, way can be slippery also for your car, driving to Arosa is 30km steep and narrow road, skip self check-in/out machine at the entrance and find reception desk in the hall - some payment visibility issues, no parking booking etc.

Die unterkunft bietet soviel an: mit indoorspielplatz, innenpool, wellness bereich, ausgezeichnetes essen, Bowling, schönes bar lokal, raucherbereich, abstellraum für ski & board für schuhe und ect, Kinderbetreunuung und vieles mehr!

Wunderbare Skitage im Sunstar Arosa!
Pros:

Wir mögen das Sunstar Arosa sehr. Die Lage, der Service und das Angebot ist für uns wichtig.

Cons:

Dass es ab diesem Wochenende nur ein Menü gibt. Das wussten wir leider nicht. Wir würden es schätzen, wenn das zB in einem Infomail mitgeteilt wird.

Ein zweckmässiges Hotel, mit guter Küche und freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Die Brötchen hervorragend, ebenso Marmeladen, Wurst und Käse. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen am Abend ist preislich eher hoch aber es ist auch vorzüglich und abwechslungsreich. Die Bäder sind sehr klein aber dafür neu gemacht.

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel ist recht in die Jahre gekommen und bei weitem nicht mehr "state of the art" für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Betten sowie das Kopfkissen sind leider sehr unbequem. Befremdlich für ein 4 Sterne Hotel finde ich auch den Hinweis, dass man Badeschlappen von Sunstar zum Eigenpreis an der Rezeption kaufen muss. Bei allem Verständnis für die Umweltthematik, die in der Begründung aufgeführt wird. Völlig unvorbereitet wird man überrumpelt und es bleibt einem fast nichts anderes übrig, sollte man den Wellnessbereich nicht mit Turnschuhen betreten wollen.
Es gibt nur Seifenspender in den Badezimmern aber keine Bodylotion mehr. Ärgerlich, wenn man nicht darauf vorbereitet wird.

Ich würde es nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Das Hallenbad ist super, Personal freundlich, Shuttle Service top, Frühstück super.
Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe und das Zimmer mit Teppich nicht schön.
