Lovely!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful! The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. Location was excellent! My husband had trouble with his Visa going back to Vietnam and requested to go back to the Chaiya to wait out the remedy, that’s how much he liked it!

Cons:

Wish breakfast was included!

Best location, great service especially Alex she was so friendly and helpful great hotel

It’s a very elegant boutique hotel and the location is perfect so close to all the tourist attractions and restaurants the staff is amazing especially Alex she helped us with our stay and she was exceptional superb hotel

Was nice but unfortunately due to one bad staff I will not stay again
Pros:

Very clean, wait staff and cleaning staff are amazing.
Rooms very clean
Food on point

Cons:

(1) my Khmer wife treated rude by on of the checking staff.
(2) the has limited seating, all taken up by non guests.
Huge letdown because the pool is the reason I booked
(3) no ac in the dining room during the day.

Csodálatos szálloda Phnom Penh szívében fantasztikus személyzettel

A szálloda Phnom Penh központjában helyezkedik el, mindenhez közel. Nemrég megnyitott szálloda, ízléses berendezéssel, tágas terekkel, csodálatos cateringgel és fantasztikus személyzettel. Szuper volt a teljes hotel csapat, kedvesek, mosolygósak voltak, megjegyezték a nevünket, mindenben segítettek.
