Pros:

We liked everything about our stay. The staff are very attentive and helpful.
We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff had decorated the room for us to make our stay even more special.

The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were both delicious.

The rooftop pool is great for relaxing.

Overall we would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phnom Penh

The location was fantastic,
The breakfast was the best,everything on offer evening eggs Benedict,smashed avocado etc as well as the usual buffet options.
The bed was excellent and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back again.
Pros:

I really liked the staff during my stay. They were all very kind, welcoming, and hospitable when serving their guests. A special mention to Alex, the receptionist, for being especially friendly and helpful. Their warm service made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was really good, and I enjoyed the meal during my stay. Everything tasted great and added to the overall wonderful experience.

Cons:

The stay was great overall, although the shower room in the Premium Double Room was a bit small for my preference.

Go for the cocktails and the staff <3
Pros:

Loved our stay here. Great locations. Pool on roof is lovely. Staff are super friendly and kind and helpful. Room was lovely and great air conditioning. They offer room service and breakfast lunch and dinner if required. Cocktails are really nice.

Excellent as always. Stayed here many times
Pros:

Great location, can walk everywhere you wish to go.
Very friendly and safe area and all staff were excellent

Cons:

Need to ensure the infinity pool is full to the top for equipment to work properly

Genialny hotel w centrum a personel na najwyższym poziomie pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty :) Cudowne śniadania z karty w cenie pokoju, a drinki bardzo dobre i nie przesłodzone.

Schönes Hotel mit exzellenten Service
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich. Die Lage ist toll und die Aussicht spektakulär. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend mit einem kleinen Buffet, frischem Obst, einer kleinen Karte mit leckeren Gerichten und frisch zubereiteten Kaffeespezialitäten.

Cons:

Der Pool ist toll, liegt aber voll in der Sonne und um einzusteigen muss man erstmal in den Kinderpool runtersteigen und zwar ohne Geländer oder Leiter. Für Ältere schwierig und gefährlich.
Die Duschköpfe müssen dringend gereinigt werden. Das Wasser sprüht in alle Richtungen und der Wasserdruck lässt zu wünschen übrig.
An das ungewöhnlich platzierte Waschbecken im Zimmer haben wir uns hingegen schnell gewöhnt.
Es kann von draußen etwas laut werden. Manche Nächte war Karaoke bis weit nach Mitternacht, andere Nächte war schon vor 22 Uhr Ruhe.
