i was not able to find this property because there were no maps that can open in China and no instruction how to get there. it was far away from the metro.

Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, near to train station and a shopping mall with many food options.

I really appreciated the high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The rooms and common areas were consistently spotless, which made my stay very comfortable.
The staff were exceptionally kind and hospitable. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, and their attentiveness truly stood out. I also felt that they were genuinely keen to support, always ready to assist with a warm attitude and professionalism.
One challenge I faced was the language barrier, as there were no English-speaking staff available. This made communication a bit difficult at times, although we managed by using smartphone translation apps. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited when it came to Western cuisine. I would highly recommend adding more variety to cater to international guests.

Very clean and neat room, using robot and AI tech for room service which some 5 star hotel does not have. The housekeeping also helped us to do our laundry without extra charges
