Cute and cozy
Pros:

The room was spacious. I loved the little personalized note and welcome gift. It was a really nice touch. The staff were so lovely and kind. The hotel is cozy and quiet. I definitely recommend staying here if you're staying in the Asakusa area. I hope to be back one day 🥰

We booked a family room and the size was perfect. Great location as it was close enough to the main attractions but further enough away for the peace & quiet.

The best place we have stayed at so far during our trip.
Pros:

Cosy, enjoyed relaxing there at the end of each day. Free coffee and a rooftop terrace. It’s great and slept so well there every night.

Great value for money and superb service , a wonderful experience
Pros:

The staff all speak good English and from the time of booking were quick to reply to my e mails . I love their special attention to details and little origami souvenirs , pretty notebooks , tiny slippers and other souvenirs for kids and adults . Staff always helpful and attentive
Location good , with 7-11 opposite the hotel , supermarket , pharmacy and station about 10 minutes walk , also near the temple with nearby extensive food stalls and shops

Cons:

Hardly anything to mention . Could add a spoon or wooden stirrer in the room

Pros:

The staff are exceptionally thoughtful, cheerful and always welcoming. The room was very comfortable, clean and well presented. The roof top lounge area has superb views. The location is in a nice quiet area but within walking distance of the buzzing area around sensoji temple.
It is a small hotel that provides excellent hospitality.

Fantastic stay for our family! Would recommend
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and accommodated for our one year old by providing a free cot which is hard to come by in other hotels in Japan. The location was superb and is very close to the main sites in the Asakusa area (e.g. Tokyo SkyTree Tower etc). The rooms were clean and had excellent amenities and the hotel offers a great rooftop view of Tokyo SkyTree. During our stay the hotel offered complimentary hotdogs, tea and coffee which was an added bonus. Overall a fantastic stay and somewhere we would stay again, as a family.
