HOTEL TOMOS ASAKUSA

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony pokój (kosmetyki, artykuły higieniczne itp.) i możliwość skorzystania z ciepłych i ziemnych napojów przy recepcji. Obsługa przemiła, zaoferowała pomoc w dotarciu do hotelu w czasie tajfunu. Pokój dość malutki dla trzech osób, rozkładanie walizki stanowiło pewne wyzwanie. Taras na dachu dawał możliwość przyjemnego spędzenia wieczoru z widokiem na Tokyo Sky Tree. Wychodzenie z pokoju na otwartą przestrzeń klatki schodowej było bardzo przyjemne. Bardzo wygodny materac do spania.

Établissement très bien placé dans un quartier calme et à proximité des konbini et du temple. Le personnel était excellent. Toujours très souriant, sympathique et présent lorsque l’on avait besoin d’eux. Un réel bonheur de séjourner la bas.

We loved our stay here! The staff were very friendly, the room was very cozy and have everything we needed. It’s about a 10min walk to the closest train station. The shower had great pressure and got nice and warm - which can be hard to come by when travelling! There is also a very cool rooftop that everyone can use that has great views at night time.

Clean and modern hotel. Rooftop terrace with incredible views of the city and skytree. An array of toiletries in the room and the room was quite spacious for Tokyo standards. Baby bed available upon request.

There is no breakfast but this was was clear when booking and there's a 7-Eleven right across the road. There's a microwave and tea and coffee station on the ground floor, as well as a microwave in the shared space en route to the rooftop where you are allowed to eat. There's also cafés etc just a short walk from the hotel.

Exceptional service. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had our 1.5 year old with us and they went above and beyond during a tropical storm, driving us to the train station after check-out.

This was the best accommodation we stayed at in Japan. We stayed in two kinds of room during that week, the first was larger and felt like a luxury suite! The smaller one was a bit small for 2 people but still good.

They kindly stored our luggage after checkout, which we really appreciated. Throughout our stay, we received such warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful service unlike anywhere else we have experienced, and it is something we will always remember. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms, reasonably priced, and in a quieter neighborhood of Tokyo.

The room quiet spacious compare to others standard hotel in Japan

We liked the locality, 10 minutes from Ginza line and 15 minutes from Asakusa line. Lot of amenities in the room (slippers, socks and pyjama, razor, toothbrush, toothpasts and mouthwash, showercap, cotton set, stretch towel, body and hair shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, face milk, kettle). Coffe and tea maker, toaster, origami and exceptionally nice staff at the reception. Wash mashine for 300¥ and dryer for 100¥ available, detergent included.
The room was very clean and there is a possibility to choose among five options of cleaning every day.
Common space at the 10th floor (microwave, dishes, cutlery) with sofa and tables in the inner space and deckchairs, tables and seating in the outer teracce with immersing Sku Tree view.
