Pros:

Very quiet place a little bit away from the "city center" but still within walking distance to everything you need. Perfect to surf Pavones.

Pros:

affordable place in a walking distance to beach with ac and kitchen

Cons:

Given the relatively low price I didn't feel comfortable to heavily use the AC, but it is necessary - the ceiling fan is not efficient even during the nights so it is suggested to add a portable one
