La ubicación, y su comodidad una vez instalado, y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente.
El ascensor no funcionaba y nos todo subir las maletas a mano.
La habitación muy bonita y cómoda
La ubicación para llegar con el coche horrible , el agua caliente no iba ,al segundo día nos fuimos a la playa y cuando volvimos habían entrado a la habitación sin permiso y tocaron a hasta el cepillo de diente (fatal) (por lo menos dejar un cartel para poder poner q no quiero q entren ) y también habían cucarachas .
Había ascensor pero no iba y era un segundo con maletas y trastos … por lo demás bien

Que la primera noche cuando vamos a ducharnos no salía agua caliente y lo comunicamos a una chica muy maja por cierto. Nos dice que va a comprobarlo y ve que no estaba colectado el termo, entonces no tenemos agua caliente hasta al menos media hora. Nos ofrece y tenemos que hacerlo al final salir al edificio de enfrente para podernos duchar que no se hiciera más tarde ya que queríamos salir a cenar y pasear por Jávea. Creo que un error lo puede tener cualquiera pero en el momento no nos sentó nada bien que sabiendo que iban a tener huéspedes en esa habitación no conectarán el calentador y tuviéramos que salir con la ropa y toalla para ducharnos en otro edificio diferente. La chica muy amable y maja
El Hotel, por llamarlo de alguna manera, no cumple todas las expectativas que figuran en su calificación en Brookings:
- Personal insuficiente (la recepción esta vacía prácticamente todo el día y el acceso al Hotel cerrado también)
- Nos daban una habitación en el segundo piso y tienen un ascensor que no funciona, es decir que no esta habilitado para personas con Discapacidad física.
- No tienen aparcamiento en las proximidades y menos gratuito.
- En la puerta del Hotel hay cartel poniendo el Hotel a la venta.
- La relación calidad-precio es mala.
Excelente atención. Serviciales y pendientes todo el tiempo. La localización inmejorable.

The parking is free but about 5 minute walk away and uphill on your way back.

Great location in the old town. Nice, clean room. Staff very friendly in person. Allowed a check in 2 hours early.
Three emails regarding non-working or very slow internet on an upper floor were not responded to. Eventually managed to get a weak signal from the downstairs router. Elevator not working and not notified about it; a little work to get suitcases up two flights of stairs.
