Pros:

The staffs were really lovely, friendly atmosphere. The bar was comfortable too, lovely location, nice parking/garden area.

Cons:

The room had some burning kind of (rubber/heavy oil kind) smell - which you don't notice once you are in the room for 5mins or so, but every time we entered the room it annoyed us a bit.

Wonderful and magical trip with excellent staff and services
Pros:

Food and drink outstanding but staff were the highlight. They went above and beyond to make it a wonderful stay. Interior decor also gorgeous, lots of photo ops and nice backdrops.

Cons:

Location not the best, was very tricky to get there from the station. A more reliable taxi service / info from the hotel in advance would be appreciated.
