Excellent stay close to family nearby
Pros:

Lovely building and grounds. Cosy room, great evening meal and breakfast. All staff friendly and efficient.

Cons:

I was initially not allocated the type of room that I'm sure I'd chosen on Booking.com but reception staff quickly made up for it by moving me to a more suitable room.
No green tea in my room!

Pros:

I really liked the staff. Matt, a young rising star host and sommelier really stood out. This was a charming place to stay. I loved my room and particularly loved the bathroom.
