Chambre de qualité et très confortable

Très classe et très calme

Cons:

Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre.
Car certes le restaurant qui est associé à l’hôtel est très bien, mais les tarifs d’un petit déjeuner sont malgré tout assez élevé.

Hotel feels a bit like a business hotel.
Pros:

Staff was nice and breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

I guaranteed the reservation through my credit card. According to booking.com my card would be charged during my stay. However a week before my stay the hotel contacted me. They refused i pay by credit card and requested a wire transfer of the full amount a week before the stay or they would cancel my reservation. This is not correct.

Pros:

Ontbijt à la carte was een meerwaarde. Op deze manier kiest de klant bewuster wat men wil eten en is er minder verspilling.
Het was ook zeer lekker, vers en verzorgd.
In de kamers is het ook heel stil ondanks het station heel dicht bij ligt.

À la réception la personne ne savait pas s’exprimer en français.
Uniquement Anglais,Néerlandais.
Pas normal , en Belgique trois langues officielles. Néerlandais - Français - Allemand.
Pour le petit déjeuner imposition de l’heure ! Pas de souplesse, c’est la première fois que l’on nous impose une heure fixe !
Bouking est responsable pour la non communication que le Français n’est pas pratiqué à cet hôtel .
Lors de la réservation tout le texte est en Français. Ainsi que la confirmation venant de l’hôtel également en Français.

Het was geweldig
Pros:

Goed gelegen, net buiten de drukte van Knokke maar toch centraal. Geen verplicht ontbijt, maar kan altijd nog bij geboekt worden.

Cons:

Om 8u werd er op de deur geklopt, housekeeping…. misschien eigen fout, je kan de kamer op bezet zetten,maar waren dat vergeten. Dus vroeg wakker 😩
