This place was extremely disappointing. The facility was very outdated and in poor condition.

toilet was also very dirty. the color is not white, it was very yellow
the facility was very old

I had to ask the owner to provide fresh towels
the owner did not provide make-up bed service

The hose beside the toilet was extremely old and the connection had already fallen apart, but the owner accused me of damaging it

If you enjoy staying with bacteria, this is the room for you.

Although I did not raise any complaints about these issues, the owner unfairly tried to blame me for them.

This place was extremely disappointing.
The facility was very outdated and in poor condition. There were a lot of bacteria, and overall cleanliness was unacceptable. If you don’t mind staying in a place full of bacteria, you might consider booking this room.
The towels were not replaced, and no make-up bed service was provided during my stay. Basic services that should have been included were completely missing.
Additionally, the hose next to the toilet was extremely old, and the connection had already fallen apart. However, the owner claimed that I had broken it.
What made the experience worse was that although I did not complain about these issues, the owner unfairly tried to shift the blame onto me.
Overall, I would not recommend this place. The conditions were unacceptable, and the owner’s attitude was very unprofessional.

受付の雰囲気を除けば良い滞在でした。
Pros:

ロケーションが良く、また隣のホテルとの姉妹チェーンという事で、プールも利用出来、楽しかったです。

Cons:

チェックインの際セーフティボックスが開かないという事で確認をお願いしましたが、最後までチェックに来なかった。

It was disaster.
Pros:

Nothing. It was truly awful; no wonder there are no photos of the room. The sheets weren't white and looked dirty. I didn't dare sleep there.

Pros:

The access to the Orchard pool and facilities. The pool is excellent, a decent length for lane swimming, the water temperature was perfect. A nice size room

Cons:

It's in the middle of the entertainment area so it can get a bit noisy, but it's not a major issue as you have easy access to all the bars etc.

今回はエアコンの水滴、エレベーターのメンテナンスに悩みましたが、それ以外は満足なアパートです。
Pros:

以前もそうでしたが、ホストの方の対応は非常に良かったと思います。前回宿泊時の困りごとを覚えていて頂けたようで、到着早々その困りごとに関して大丈夫かと心配いただけました。おそらく顧客ごとに記録簿等を作っておられるのかもしれません。感心しました。今回もいろいろ問題がありましたが、それに対し対応しようという努力はいろいろしていただきました。（残念ながら下記のように完全な改善にはなりませんでしたが・・・）

Cons:

今回はエアコンが最悪でした。エアコン内部からの水漏れがひどく、一晩中床に水滴が落ち、その音に悩みました。色々修繕をしていただき、屋外に水滴が落ちるように調整されましたが、その影響でベランダが使用できなくなりました。３日めくらいからは幾分改善はされましたがそれでも最終日まで室内の床に水滴が落ち続けました。もう１点これはホストの責任ではないかもしれませんが、滞在期間中エレベーターがメンテナンスということで６日間使用できませんでした。日々４階までの上下は正直うんざりでした。

Great location but only when the lift is operational
Pros:

Great location close to entertainment area and many eateries

Cons:

The lift was out of order and it would not be fixed for a while. Climbing up and down several flights of stairs was unsatisfactory. The host was fine under the circumstances

Your need the best location and stay well here it is!
Pros:

The location you can not beat. The facilities is exceptional!!! The staff is outgoing! James is absolutely available at any time you need assistance.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing you will dislike about this property. I even told other travelers it’s the nicest and best deal in Angeles city

Pros:

Spacious, Clean, well equipped kitchen, comfy Bed, smart TV, strong Wi-Fi, access to Wild Orchid facilities Eg: Swimming Pool, Restaurant. Owner helpful and easily contactable.

Cons:

Lift not working but in process of being repaired.
