Very friendly staff, the true meaning of Moroccan hospitality. We had a fantastic stay with our family with two young children. Beautiful location, a lovely garden, and very close to the waterfalls. Highly recommended!

Hotel com bastante potencial mas muito descuidado. A localizacao era boa (muito próximo das cascatas) e o staff era simpatico e prestável. O pequeno almoço era ok

Cons:

Limpeza e higiene acima de tudo. Cheirava um pouco a mofo e alguma roupa de cama estava suja, bem como o sofá.

Es ist eine große Anlage, die etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Swimmingpool war leider nicht benutzbar.
Frühstück im Garten war das Highlight. Basics warne vorhanden.

Très grande Chambre, très bon petit Déjeuner et bien copieux, personnel très accueillant à l'écoute et très serviable. Accès à la Cascade très facile.

Cons:

Nous sommes dans les bons standards d'un service d'un hôtel au Maroc, avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Un petit point de détail à régler: porte de chambre (N°1) un peu difficile à ouvrir

Pros:

Great location, and we could park our motorcycle inside the locked courtyard close to our room.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the Hotel France Ouzoud made a slightly run-down impression and they hadn't filled the swimming pool yet which was a shame.

Super séjour passer à l hôtel de France , super service par les personnes qui travaille , bâtiment très bien situé pour aller à la cascade ( chemin privée )
Petit déjeuner au top
Logement très grand spacieux , légèrement vieillissant, super

Mohammed de manager en Mohammed van de service zijn geweldig. Ze hebben oog voor alles en dat je niets tekort komt en zorgen voor een gemoedelijke sfeer.
Het avondeten en het ontbijt is perfect verzorgt.
Locatie is ook fantastisch op loopafstand van de waterval.
Wij hebben ons ontzettend welkom gevoeld !!!

Cons:

Complex en kamers zijn gedateerd maar de bedden sliepen prima.

Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Terras en ruimte beneden. Zeer rustige ligging. Op 5 minuten lopen van de waterval. Parkeermogelijkheid. Ruime kamer met opbergruimte en zitje en terras.

Cons:

Waterdruk niet altijd optimaal en warm water duurde soms lang.
