Great hotel close to everything!
Pros:

Camera bellissima (junior suite), bagno nuovo. Cucina ottima peccato solo per il servizio decisamente troppo lento!

La atención del personal de hotel, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Las camas muy cómodas, la habitación muy agradable y grande, las vistas a la montaña y los caballos un plus. Las piscinas muy cómodas, perfectas después de un día cansado, la exterior... quizás un poco fría.

Posizione ottima per sciare a Carezza con ottimo servizio bus per la cabinovia. Ristorante ottimo camere pulite e spaziose e zona SPA molto carina

Cons:

Temperatura delle camere un po’ troppo alta ma soprattutto temperatura piscina esterna troppo bassa. Non ho visto nessuno rilassarsi piacevolmente all’esterno perché dopo pochi minuti si era costretti a rientrare per il freddo. Non trovo molto sensato avere una piscina esterna che nessuno usa con piacere.

Tutti molto gentili! I camerieri Roberto il sardo ed il "pakistano" sempre molto attenti e rapidi nel accogliere ogni mia richiesta, sempre in modo garbato e sorridente
