Staff are rude when asked about the wrong location and also service is bit off might be they started figuring out stuff by giving. A better room but still for solo female Travellers it's not that Prompt service

Name of the place is called “the grand palace “ when trying to locate it on a map. Four seasons doesn’t come up so don’t know okwhy they have called it that

Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpful. Manager, Sunny Bhai and helper, Ankur made our stay the best possible. So welcoming too. The location is amazing too. Balcony view also great.
